Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städtetour! Im nahegelegenen V-Markt bekommt man ALLES. Neben Lebensmitteln und Haushaltswaren gibt es auch eine Apotheke, eine Bäckerei und einen Metzger mit Mittagstisch.Die Tankstelle ist günstig. Restaurants und ein Aldi sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Von der Bushaltestelle Auerfeldstrasse kommt man leicht in die Stadt und zum Englischen Garten.
Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Einzig ein Flaschenöffner fehlt. Die Lüftung in Bad ist ziemlich laut, lässt sich aber separat ausschalten. Der zubuchbare Tiefgaragenplatz ist gut erreichbar über das Treppenhaus. Momentan gibt es eine Baustelle auf der Balanstraße (von der wir aber nichts mitbekommen haben, da wir über ein verlängertes Wochenende da waren).

What could be improved: We were in the apartment for 9 days and we would have appreciated a change of bedding!,
We availed ourselves the use of the washer to wash our towels!
Lack of a window- we propped the door open to allow fresh airflow.

The price was ok.

What could be improved: The host is rude and not honest. Being a host myself, hosted more than 500 people over the last years, I have never been treated like this before and I hope I will never treat my guests in the same way.

The curtains of the room are broken. There is no privacy as the apartment is on the ground floor and everybody in the street can look into the apartment. So when you go to bed, everybody is able to see you as the window looks into the bed. When I informed the host, she played like it was a new problem. The rail is broken in at least many places and the curtain stop was not present. The host is not a person trying to give guests a pleasant experience.

The host took without any proof the provision of 200€. Although cleaning was included, the cleaning lady that we met did not make any remark, still, the host claims she needed more time to clean as we used the fridge and the bath??? She stated we damaged the TV (no picture of proof?), while we did not touch the TV, and did not even get close to it as it is hidden in a corner. I gave her 10 days to react that she could not withhold money without proof. Until today no reaction from the host.

When we booked the parking space, it took her 50 min to release it, so we just had to park outside in the street instead. The host stated she would return the payment for the garage, but she did not. Overall the whole communication process from arrival to leaving, she was rude.

Such a lovely little apartment near the city centre.

Modern and well equipped. Drinks for arrival. Clean and well situated not far from City Centre. VK supermarket across road and Aldi s also nearby. Privately situated with great guidance from homely stay .
