Great. Great sports facilities. Great breakfast. Great staff. Great location.

What could be improved: Nothing. Very hard to find anything to complain about.

I recommend this place. The rooms are big and pretty comfortable. The hotel is located far from the center and you need to take a bus to the nearest U-bahn. The breakfast was really good and tasty but what surprised me was that it was served to the table, which takes time as there was just 1 waitress. The area is really nice and the hotel offers multiple sport facilities.

What could be improved: Location. I would also expect a refill of bottles of water in the room as it is done in other hotels. There's also no tea/coffee amenities in the room so you are left with no water if you don't buy it in advance. A small bottle of water at the reception is 3 EUR which is highly overpriced.

The facilities are very modern, with air conditioning, very comfortable beds and pillows. It was the perfect place to recover after an exhausting day. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was more than enough food. Although the area is far away from the city center, it was perfect for me as I was going to the stadium and the connection was very comfortable.

What could be improved: The cleaning could be better: in the rooms, behind the main door, there was dust/hair. The rest of the room was clean, but the attention to detail could've been better. Also, it was a hot day in Munich, and we were looking forward to a dip in the pool, and we were sadly told that the cleaning mechanism was broken and we couldn't use it.
Lastly, the restaurant for breakfast seemed understaffed. The waitress was very nice and did her best, but it was only her, so naturally, that meant long waiting times to get one's food.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable and spacious. The shower had great water pressure. The sauna and amenities were fantastic. They were doing construction on the showers by the sauna so it was a little bit loud but we were glad the sauna was open. They had a lovely area above the suana the lounge in while cooling down. I would go back again in a heart beat despite the construction.

What could be improved: Construction, loud noise in sauna area but they did serm they were keeping it as brief as possible

Nice large room, great restaurant, great tennis courts

What could be improved: The AC was really bad, we were very warm at night…
The pool was nice but should be cleaned daily as there were many dead bugs floating in it… not a big thing- but seems like an easy fix that should be thought about by the crew.

Room was excellent and ideally located for getting into Town and back

What could be improved: The sauna are was under construction and a bit of a building site. Food was quite pricy. NO hot water in the shower one morning
