When I first pulled up, I thought “okay, this is very German practical,” and you know what? That turned out to be exactly what I needed.

The whole setup is clearly designed for people who actually have stuff to do in Munich, not tourists who want to Instagram their breakfast. You get a proper apartment with a kitchen that actually works – I mean, the coffee maker isn’t some weird capsule thing that costs €3 per cup, it’s just a normal machine where you can use normal coffee. The fridge is big enough for real groceries, which saved me a fortune during my week there. The Wi-Fi is solid (I was on video calls constantly), and there’s this weird attention to detail with things like having enough power outlets and decent lighting for working. Small stuff, but it matters when you’re trying to get things done.

Being near the Messe is obviously the main draw, but here’s what the booking sites don’t tell you – you’re actually in a pretty decent spot for getting around Munich generally. The S-Bahn connections are straightforward once you figure them out, and there’s a grocery store within walking distance that’s open late. Parking was way less stressful than I expected, though I’d still recommend booking a spot in advance if you’re driving. The neighborhood gets quiet at night, which I appreciated after dealing with Munich’s trade show crowds all day. Honestly, the 8.2 rating feels about right – it’s not going to wow you with marble bathrooms or anything, but everything works properly and the value is solid. If you need a base camp near the Messe that won’t eat your entire budget, this place makes sense. Just don’t expect room service or a concierge – it’s more like borrowing a friend’s really well-organized apartment.

  I like the the Location, Utilities above all cleanliness. The cooking facilities were good , the tv wask ok ! Network fine! And I cant forget the good hospitality of Herr Polaw. Dont lose good people like him. They are difficult to comeby these days!
  
  What could be improved: The only sour point was the stay started on a tiring note as the Lift was unavailable dur to fire accident incident and it was near impossible to take 3 bags even to the 1st floor. However like Myroom the colleagues helped me in this too!

  This place was fairly priced and the owner was responsive over the app.
  
  What could be improved: The location is lackluster and there is no parking provided. The nearest restaurants are in a mall 10 minutes walk away. Everything nearby is street parking and only for 2 hours at a stretch.

  Die Lage direkt an der Messe. Die ganze Unkompliziertheit. Die Zimmer sind ruhig. Man hört nicht die Nachbarn, die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert. Man hat eine kleine Küche, alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet, so dass man kein beengtes Gefühl bekommt. Das Badezimmer ist modern und sauber.

  Die Interaktionen mit dem Besitzer waren alle super und auch die Ausstattung (Spülschwamm, Spülmittel, Handtücher, Teeauswahl und vor allem der Standventilator) der Wohnung war ausreichend für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Nacht. Besonders das neue Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Nähe zum Messgelände ist ein großer Vorteil.
  
  What could be improved: Bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur war die Wohneinheit im Vergleich zum Hausflur relativ warm und stickig, was in der Nacht aber durch den Standventilator innerhalb der Wohnung aber nicht weiter beim schlafen gestört hat.

  Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Es ist modern und sehr funktional ausgestattet. Es ist super klein, dadurch günstig, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Für einen Messebesuch die beste Adresse für mich. Es gibt kostenlose Park Möglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Eine Einkaufsmeile ist fußläufig erreichbar mit allen möglichen Geschäften und Restaurants.

  La ubicación cercana al Messe, recinto ferial y de los transportes en común. Aunque no haya personal de recepción, recibí toda la información del auto check-in de manera muy detallada y anticipada. El apartamento es cómodo y moderno.
