Property was modern, clean, and perfect location for trains and underground. Nearby restaurants and amenities were good

What could be improved: Lack of iron, was the only problem, but it was not listed on facilities, so was not expecting one, but had the property had one it would have come in very handy

The worst accommodation I’ve stayed in recent years. The facilities were good and new, but the design wasn’t very convenient, and the internet was terrible. No oven as mentioned. The communication skills and response of the staff were poor. On the first day of our arrival, we found broken beer and beer glass bottle shards in the freezer of the fridge. Since it was already evening, we asked the cleaning staff to come next day to handle it. However, at around 9 pm, two cleaning staff members opened our room door using a key card without notifying us or knocking, despite the door being equipped with a doorbell! Yes, it has a doorbell! They just entered our room, which gave us a huge shock. The management’s response was, "She knocked, but she didn’t wait for you to say it was okay to enter." Logically, it's not normal for anyone to just open a guest's room door at night with a key card, right?! After that, we couldn’t sleep well for the next two nights, fearing that someone might suddenly enter because there was no mechanism to lock the door. On the fourth night, around 11 pm, two lights in the room suddenly went out, and despite repeated attempts, we couldn’t turn them on. We kindly informed the management and recorded the situation, but they insisted that we hadn’t pressed the switch correctly (could we really not know where the switches are after staying for four days?). Overall, their attitude was very uncomfortable. Other small details, like the body wash is not enough for two adults over four days or the balcony not having the table and chairs shown in the pictures, are minor issues at this point.

Clean and easy to get to. Was close to a grocery store and bakery and an easy walk to the metro.

What could be improved: Room was quite small, however very clean and a great price.

Everything!! It’s such an amazing place if you want to see Munich and go around for day trips even. The apartment is so cute and cozy and clean, fully equipped with everything you would need.

All in all fit for purpose and practical with kitchen well equipped and coffee machine. A modern environment. Super location too. App check in, all worked well.

What could be improved: I arrived late, had to work out which apartment I was in and Internet wasn't with a secure connection link so was hesitant to access but had to to get the digital key. The room was spacious but the bathroom smelled very bad. Maybe the fan wasn't up to par but this really made me feel uncomfortable. The fridge had 2 items of food left in it from the previous occupant. Unfortunate. I only slept there, so it was OK for 2 nights. The concept as such is great, but that's when you miss the personal touch. I could have texted the mobile number and tried to swap the room or ask for an air freshener but it was nearly midnight and I had to be up early for work. So I was a bit disappointed. Such a nice room apt. 2 but avoided the bathroom.

It is super new and modern, very clean and perfectly located. The bed is very comfortable.

What could be improved: It was a bit too cold inside and we didn’t mange to make it warmer.
