You’re staying in Munich’s southern district, which honestly works out brilliantly because you get that authentic residential vibe without being stuck way out in the suburbs. The whole area has this relaxed, lived-in feel where you’ll see actual Müncheners walking their dogs and grabbing morning bread from the local bakeries. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can actually imagine living, not just visiting. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious – and I say surprising because, well, we’re talking about Munich real estate here, where every square meter costs a fortune. But somehow they’ve managed to create this family-friendly space that doesn’t feel cramped even when you’ve got luggage exploded everywhere (which, let’s be honest, always happens on the first day).

What really sold me on this place was all the little details that show someone actually thinks about what travelers need. The kitchen isn’t just for show – you can legitimately cook a proper meal here, which saved me a fortune since Munich restaurants can absolutely demolish your budget if you’re not careful.
