The studio setup is genuinely well-designed – and I mean that in a practical way, not just Instagram-pretty. The kitchen isn’t just for show either; it’s got everything you’d actually need if you’re staying more than a couple nights and don’t want to blow your budget eating out constantly. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings, which honestly saved me a ton of money. The whole space has this clean, modern feel without being sterile, if that makes sense. There’s decent natural light coming through the windows, and the bed situation is comfortable enough that I wasn’t counting down the hours until checkout. What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to make a studio feel spacious – there’s room to actually unpack your stuff and spread out a bit.

The location thing is spot-on too – that 10-minute walk to the central station is legit, not some made-up marketing time where they assume you’re speed-walking with no luggage. I timed it a few times, and even when I was dragging my suitcase and stopping for coffee, it was never more than 12 minutes. You’re in this quieter residential area that feels safe to walk around at night, but you’re not stuck in some dead zone where nothing’s happening. There are actually some decent local spots nearby – nothing fancy, just real neighborhood places where you can grab a proper meal without the tourist markup. And here’s something pet owners will appreciate: they actually mean it when they say pet-friendly. I saw other guests with their dogs, and the staff didn’t give anyone grief about it. The area’s good for dog walks too, with some green spaces that aren’t just concrete patches. That 9.2 rating makes sense when you add everything up – it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but it delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.   It was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated. Tea, coffee and coffee cream were complimentary.
  
  What could be improved: The water pressure in the shower, and water temperature were difficult to control.
  
  Also, the pillows for sleeping were uncomfortable.

  Very cozy and clean accommodation, not far from the München-Pasing train station. The apartment had everything you need for a stay of 4 people. The bathroom, kitchen and main room were clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea, a bottle of water and two small bottles of prosecco were left for us as a compliment(cute)🤗

  Те місце де хочеться повернутися…. Затишно, чисто, зручно, чудове розташування. 5 хвилин до метро , паспорти пивний сад. З хвилини до торгового цента.

  Posizione eccellente. Appartamento spazioso e attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Molto pulito. Perfetto per 2 persone, ma siamo stati comodissimi in 4. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili.

  L'appartamento è curato, spazioso, luminoso e pulito e la cucina è funzionale e completa di tutto ciò che occorre..
  Sì trova in una zona periferica ma ottimamente servita e con la fermata del bus proprio sotto casa. Le indicazioni per il check-in ed il check-out sono state chiare.
  
  What could be improved: Da migliorare l'app con cui interagire con l'host perché ha procurato alcuni disagi.
  Il costo del parcheggio avrebbe dovuto essere compreso nel prezzo.

  Mooi gelegen appartement in Pasing, vlakbij station en U/S Bahn. Meerdere supermarkten en winkels om de hoek. Luxe keuken, alles voorhanden en fijne badkamer met wasmachine. Fijne bedden en goede bedbank. Heldere communicatie mbv een handige app. Kortom, heel fijn appartement tegen goede prijs, zou het iedereen aanbevelen!
