The hotel offers straightforward comfort and reliability that appeals to both leisure and business travelers seeking a quieter base outside the city center.

What I really love about this spot is how it feels like you’re staying where actual Munich residents live.   The property is well located close to the train station, about 20 minutes ride into the city centre. Rooms were decent sized and serviced every morning. Reception is open 24hrs which made checking in off a late flight nice and easy.

  What could be improved: We booked a triple room and was only given amenities for 2 people (towels, mugs, glasses etc). We went down to reception to sort this and was told housekeeping will be informed. Only when I told them that i'd like to shower this morning they went into the back for some towels. I was told to get the missing mug/glass from the restaurant myself rather than reception getting this…this confused the waiters who told me I couldn't take anything with me. Clearly nothing was communicated after this as we were still given 2 of everything each day the room was cleaned. It's annoying that such a simple task (comminication) causes this much of a issue.
