Helle Souterrainwohnung mit Komfort

Stephanie our host was first rate. She helped us sort out a major problem.
A quiet suburban stay. The property is superb, has everything you need and feels like home. It is close to the S bahn into Munich. If there are 2-5 people buy a group day ticket much cheaper than singles or returns.

What could be improved: Nothing.

- The house was located outside the center in a very quite and full of trees location.
- Stefanie was really nice, helpful and very polite.
- The house was very clean, had a kitchen with everything someone needs for cooking, clean towels and bath accessories. Also a really nice garden just next to the entrance.
- Arround 10 minutes walking from the S-bahn. Next to the stop there was a supermarket, a lovely bakery and a Chinese restaurant
- Also provided an invoice for the company.

Nice and private apartment, suitable for a romantic getaway in Munich. The host was very polite, always ready to help, responded very fast, and tried the best to meet our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Overall an great experience, way above our expectations.

What could be improved: The location can be considered far from the city center, but it is still reachable via public transport. For us, the location was not a problem because we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, but also we were able to explore the city.

The house is in a quiet area which is easier to reach by car, the hostess was very friendly and welcoming, and it was very convenient to collect and return the keys.

What could be improved: When taking a shower, it may take a while for the hot water to arrive.

It’s nice to have the place for ourselves. Very quiet and the host is nice and welcoming. It’s about 14 mins walk to the train station and the train to the city comes every 20 mins. Free street parking.

What could be improved: Can smell the smoke straight away when we went in the room. The old smoke smell was quite strong, which made it difficult for both me and my friend as we both don’t smoke and are sensitive with cigarette. Was coughing for a bit. :(

Very nice apartment with everything you need for stay. Really clean and nice decorated apartment. We could walk barefoot how clean the floor was. The apartment is located in very beautiful and peaceful area, close to S bahn. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Munich.
