  It was one of the most cozy, beautiful and comfortable appartment I've ever visited. It is located in lovely and calm place where you can listen to birds singing and bells ringing. Sabine is very nice and attentive host. Everything was perfect.

  Sehr netter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, unkompliziert. Alles da, was man braucht. Modern und sauber. Ruhig gelegen, aber nur wenige Fussminuten von der S-Bahn zur Innenstadt. Rewe Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

  Vielleicht ist es für einige wichtig zu wissen, dass es im 2.OG ohne Lift ist. Mit meinen 1,65m störten mich die Dachschrägen nicht, grössere Menschen vielleicht schon.

  Die Vermieterin ist äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung in einem angenehmen Stadtteil ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn) sehr gut zu erreichen und (in der Großstadt München) noch sehr zentrumsnah gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür, es gibt ausgezeichnete regionale Gastronomie in Fußmarschnähe (im WWW leicht zu finden). Die Matratzen der Schlafmöglichkeiten (Bett, Auszieh-Couch) sind sehr bequem. Die Küchenausstattung umfasst alles, was wir brauchten (Das Fehlen einer Spülmaschine und die Beschränkung des Kochfeldes auf zwei Kochplatten hat uns nicht gestört).

  Die Schlüsselübergabe fand persönlich statt, die Wege zum einkaufen kurz, 3 min zu Fuss, genauso zu den öffendlichen Verkehrsmitteln 3 min zum Bus und bis 5 min zur U-Bahn.
