The kitchens aren’t just those sad mini-fridges with a microwave situation either; we’re talking full-size appliances, decent counter space, real dishes. I actually cooked breakfast a few mornings (well, scrambled eggs and toast, but still). The living areas have this comfortable, lived-in vibe without feeling worn down, if that makes sense. Good lighting too, which you don’t always get in apartment-style places.

What really gets me is how they’ve managed to hit that sweet spot between independence and service. The staff knows your name by day two, but they’re not hovering around making you feel like you can’t just exist in the space. Parking was straightforward – no circling the block looking for spots or dealing with valet situations. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM because they seemed to be in the middle of turnovers when I showed up early. The neighborhood itself has this quiet residential feel during the day, but you can hear it come alive in the evenings with people heading out to dinner. Not party-loud, just that pleasant hum of a place where things are happening nearby.

Honestly, the 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not trying to be flashy or impress you with marble lobbies and chandeliers – instead, it just works really well for what it is. The beds are genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), the Wi-Fi actually handles video calls without cutting out, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. I found myself staying in some evenings just because the couch was that comfortable and I could order takeout without feeling weird about eating it in a hotel room. Plus, having a proper fridge means you can keep leftovers and not waste money on room service breakfast. It’s those little practical things that add up to make a place feel right, you know?

  Verkehrsgünstige Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Tiefgaragenplatz mit Aufzug. Edeka, Bäcker, Metzger im Haus. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer. Große Küche mit umfangreicher Ausstattung.
  
  What could be improved: Ein Schlafzimmer und Küche ohne Fenster. Kaum Schrankraum, nur drei Kleiderbügel. Lieblos zusammengewürfelte Einrichtung. Ungepflegter Gesamteindruck.
