The whole building is non-smoking (which I didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate until I got there), so everything actually smells clean instead of that weird mix of air freshener trying to mask old cigarettes.

The 3-star rating is spot-on – they’re not pretending to be something they’re not, but what they do, they do well. My room was properly quiet, which if you’ve stayed in budget places before, you know that’s not always a given. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this stuff), and the shower had decent water pressure. I mean, it’s not going to blow you away, but after a long day of walking around, it felt perfect. What I really liked was how the staff seemed to actually care – check-in was smooth, and when I asked about nearby places to grab coffee in the morning, the guy at the front desk gave me specific recommendations instead of just pointing to their lobby café.

The 7.6 rating makes sense when you experience it. It’s not luxury, but there’s something refreshing about a place that focuses on getting the basics right rather than loading you up with amenities you probably won’t use anyway. The location works well if you don’t mind a short walk to get to the main action – actually, I preferred it because you get that neighborhood feel without being stuck in the middle of all the tourist chaos. Parking was easier than I expected too, which anyone who’s driven into this area will tell you is a minor miracle. Look, if you’re the type who needs a spa and room service, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want a clean, comfortable place to crash that won’t eat up half your travel budget, and you appreciate when a hotel just does hospitality right without all the fuss – yeah, I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel in Munich booking should be done early, especially during Oktoberfest when the city hosts the world’s largest beer festival and cultural celebration.

Hotel provided the coffee and tea, also apples as free. It was very worked well for city travelers who walk a lot and want to have a warm liquid and vitamin 😊

What could be improved: some leaking parts were there on the both sides of shower booth.

The room was very clean and it hard everything you might need, even though it was a bit small. The staff was very helpful and it had a good parking spot. The position is good but it is a 20/30 minute walk from the main square, nonetheless it is next door to a great shopping center where you can find everything you might need
