Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “SweetHome” with all that German in the title, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this place actually delivers on everything it promises, and then some. The setup is pretty much perfect if you’re looking for that sweet spot between having your own space and easy access to the city. I mean, you’ve got a full kitchen (and I’m talking actual cooking space, not just a sad little hotplate), dedicated parking – which, let me tell you, is worth its weight in gold around here – and solid WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like some places I could mention.

What really sold me though was how close it sits to the S-Bahn. You know how some places claim they’re “near public transport” and then you’re huffing it fifteen minutes with your luggage? Not here. It’s actually walkable, and once you’re on the S-Bahn, you’re connected to everything that matters. The hosts clearly know their stuff about what travelers need – there’s this thoughtful attention to detail that you don’t always find, even at pricier spots. The kitchen comes stocked with basics (salt, oil, coffee – the essentials), and honestly, after eating out for days on end, being able to make a proper breakfast or grab a late-night snack from your own fridge is kind of a luxury. Plus, that parking spot means you can actually explore the surrounding areas without constantly worrying about where you’ll ditch your car or how much it’ll cost.

The whole vibe is just… comfortable, I guess? Not trying too hard to be fancy, but everything works the way it should. The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I personally prefer – some of those ultra-modern places make me feel like I’m going to break something just by existing. Here, you can actually relax. And with a 9.5 rating, I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned because leaving feels like too much effort, and I mean that in the best possible way. If you’re planning to spend actual time in the area rather than just crash for a night, this is the move.

  Puikūs apartamentai. Labai labai patogios lovos! Neprisimenu ar kada nors esu radusi tokio patogumo lovas apartamentuose. Vieta nors ir toliau nuo centro, bet traukinių stotelė labai arti, tad susisiekimas su miesto centru ar kita miesto vieta puikus. Netoli apartamentų yra maisto prekių parduotuvių, mėsinė, kepyklėlė.
  
  What could be improved: Šešių asmenų kompanijai būtų gerai antras tualetas. Šeimininkams reiktų daugiau dėmesio švarai, pavyzdžiui atvykus indaplovėje radom sudėta keleta nešvarių indų. Toks vaizdas, kad kažkas tiesiog pamiršo įjungti indaplovę. Nieko tokio, išplovėme. Viename miegamajame po lova radome kažkieno paliktas kojines.
