You can stumble out the door and grab proper Weisswurst for breakfast, then wander over to Marienplatz without dealing with the U-Bahn if you don’t feel like it. The neighborhood has that perfect balance where it’s lively enough to feel connected to the city’s pulse, but you’re not dealing with constant street noise at night (trust me, I’m a light sleeper). What I really appreciated was how the apartment feels like a proper home base rather than just another generic rental. The kitchen is actually functional – I made coffee every morning without wanting to cry, which is more than I can say for most places. The bed situation is solid too, none of that saggy mattress nonsense you sometimes get. And honestly, the WiFi was reliable enough that I could work from there without wanting to throw my laptop out the window.

  Excellent Host. You have everything you need in the property. Very close restaurant (50m) where we can have an excellent breakfast with very reasonable cost. Location is very close to everywhere .. metro station, center, old town … etc.
