Exceptional

The hotel is very new opened and its very clean. The host helped me in everthing about the hotel and facilities. The hotel located in the hauptbahnof area, Its very easy to reach all places with walking distance.

Easy check-in, good location and modern furnishings.

It was really nice, clean and new. Also good location!
The self check-in was easy and comfortable.
Good view from the 5th floor!

What could be improved: When we arrived wet from the rain outside the room was freezing at 17 degrees.
The temp controller had no heating function so we got it up only so high as 19 degrees by turning out off.
Took hot showers to warm ourselves up but would've been nice to have a comfier temp to start with.

Excellent stay with clean and large comfortable rooms. Happy and helpful staff.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Issues with delayed check in and air conditioning not working during our stay. However, staff were extremely nice, understanding, and quickly resolved the issues. Rooms are clean, large, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend and would 100% stay again.

What could be improved: Didn’t receive my room until 6 PM when check in was at 3 PM however staff did give us discount because of this. This was due to too many rooms needing cleaning after guests checking out. Owners should consider having more cleaning staff during these days.

Confort, comodidad y limpieza en el centro de Múnich

Reservamos dos estudios. Eran bonitos funcionales, la cocina estaba bien equipada para preparar desayunos o cenas ligeras. La cama era comfortable y había espacio suficiente para guardar la ropa. La limpieza era impecable, todo estaba muy nuevo y el aislamiento con la calle y con el resto del hotel era excelente. Cualquier incidencia la solucionaron rápidamente el personal del hotel. El concepto, con zona común con salas de estar cómoda, baño, cocina para preparar cosas y la lavandería me gustó mucho. Está como a cinco minutos andando de Karlplatz, con lo cual es muy céntrico y está bien comunicado con la estación de tren, metro, etc. La calle donde está situado, peatonal, es bastante tranquila. Hay un supermercado en la misma calle, otra ventaja a tener en cuenta si se va a un apartamento.

What could be improved: Es sistema para entrar con el código de primeras resulta farragoso pero al final se soluciona. Lo peor fue el cuarto de baño de los dos estudios con la puerta y la pared de separación a la habitación hecha totalmente de cristal transparente. Es incomodísimo por la pérdida de intimidad. por los ruidos y la luz que pasan al resto de la habitación. Si no fuera por esto, el alojamiento es de 10.

What could be improved: The apartment layout was attrocious. You have a full view of the bathroom while sitting on the bed, including the toilet.

The sound isolation was bad. You could hear everything people would do on the room adjacent to ours. To the point the words were clear and you could understand the conversations.

The surrounding location had a lot of constructions going on.

Wonderful

Good location, nice spatial style, and smart operation.

What could be improved: The remodeling is extremely new, leaving a slight odor, which I believe will dissipate over time.
