There’s actually decent public transport connections too, so you’re not cut off from the city center when you want to explore. The Oertelplatz location puts you within walking distance of some solid local spots that most visitors never discover.

Great accomodation and host as well. High recommended.
The apartment is exactly the same with the description. The host is very friendly and quick response. The apartment is located in a lovely area, very near to the train and bus station. There is a tasteful Italian restaurant nearby that we went twice during our stay.
Very close to public transit, restaurants and shopping. It was a perfect staging area for our visit to Munich.

Ideally located for transport links into Munich, literally a five minute walk to the train station. A choice of restaurants with a wide range of food options were also close to the apartment. Excellent space for two couples sharing and all of the equipment inside was of an high standard.

Excellent location, very quick and easy to get into centre of Munich. Great apartment, everything spotless. Plenty of space and privacy, two bathrooms a bonus!
Excellent location close to S-Bahn, shops and restaurants. Very spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and great bathroom. Helpful to also have second small toilet and shower room. Outdoor patio a bonus. Key picked up from lock box with no difficulty. Did not meet hosts but quick email responses to queries.
What could be improved: Unfortunately the WiFi did not work for the duration of our stay. Apparently this was a problem outside of the control of the hosts but was still something we missed (travelling with teenagers). If WiFi had been working would have rated property as 10.
It was very conveniently located very close to the S-Bahn with great connection to the town Center and lots of shops near by.
It was also very spacious with the two floors and well equipped with everything needed for a short stay.
What could be improved: The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.
