You know what really caught me off guard about this place? The amount of space you actually get for what you’re paying. I mean, when I saw “4 bedroom apartment” in the listing, I was expecting maybe cramped converted bedrooms with paper-thin walls – but honestly, this felt more like staying in someone’s actual home than a rental property.

The location is pretty solid if you’re trying to balance being close to everything without dealing with the chaos of staying right downtown. You’re genuinely walking distance to the city center (I’m talking maybe 15-20 minutes on foot, not that “walking distance” nonsense some places claim), but far enough out that you’re not hearing sirens and street noise all night. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see people walking their dogs in the morning and families heading to the corner market – it’s real life, not tourist bubble stuff. There’s actually decent street parking most of the time, which is honestly a miracle in this city, though I’d still recommend asking the host about the best spots to avoid getting ticketed.

What I really appreciated was how the place felt thoughtfully set up rather than just thrown together with random furniture. The kitchen actually has proper cookware if you want to make breakfast instead of spending twenty bucks every morning at hotel restaurants, and there’s enough seating in the living area that your whole group can hang out without someone getting stuck on a uncomfortable chair. The bedrooms are legitimately separate rooms with real doors – not those weird apartment conversions where they’ve just hung curtains to create “privacy.” The WiFi worked reliably (tested it for work calls, no issues), and the water pressure was better than half the hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I will say the place can get a bit warm in the afternoons since it faces west, but there are fans in each room and it cools down nicely once the sun moves. Check-in was straightforward – the host responds quickly and gives clear directions, none of that scrambling around looking for hidden key boxes. With an 8.5 rating, you’re getting something that’s consistently good without paying premium prices, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want when you’re traveling with a group and need actual space to spread out.

  an excellent location within walking distance if the city and its attractions. The apartment was well appointed with what you needed and the beds and bathrooms were both excellent.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen is a little small but functional so you are not going to be cooking a large meal here. A good excuse to go and sample the local restaurants.

  We were greeted outside the property by the host who was very friendly. After directing us to the under building car park he helped us with our luggage. He then gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment which is very well equipped. He could not have been more helpful and made sure that we had his contact details and told us to ring him at any time if we had any questions.
  The apartment is very spacious and consists of 4 nearly identical bedrooms which all have a table and TV/seating area. There is also a shower room, a bathroom (both with sink and toilet), utility cupboard and kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked, a vast variety of teas, coffee and the fridge was full of condiments, jam etc.
  One bedroom had a balcony and it was pleasant to sit out on in the evening.
  The apartment is situated a level 15 -20 walk into the city and there is a very good supermarket just around the corner a couple of minutes walk away.
  We would visit again if in Munich and had a very enjoyable stay.

  The parking was quite a previlige in the area. Markets waswithin walking distance. Nice bedding. Washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher… Etc.
