Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “serviced apartment” near the München Messe, I was expecting some sterile corporate housing situation. But this place actually surprised me in a good way. It’s one of those 3-star spots that doesn’t try to be fancy, which honestly works in its favor. The whole setup feels more like staying in someone’s well-organized spare apartment than a hotel, and after a few nights there, I mean that as a compliment.
The location is what really sold me on it. You’re close enough to the trade fair grounds that you won’t be spending half your morning commuting (trust me, Munich traffic during Messe events is no joke), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the chaos of thousands of business travelers all trying to grab the same taxi. I actually walked to a few local spots – there’s this solid bakery about five minutes away where the locals go for their morning coffee, and the whole neighborhood has that lived-in Munich feel rather than the tourist bubble thing. The apartments themselves are… well, they’re functional. Clean, definitely, with little kitchenettes that are actually useful if you’re staying more than a couple nights. The beds are decent – not luxury, but I slept fine. What I appreciated most was the space to spread out. After spending days at trade shows or meetings, having room to decompress without tripping over your suitcase makes a real difference.
Here’s what you should know going in: this isn’t a place with a concierge or fancy lobby bar. Check-in was straightforward but pretty no-frills, and while the staff was helpful when I needed something, don’t expect them to arrange restaurant reservations or anything like that. The 7.3 rating feels about right – it does what it promises without any real surprises, good or bad. Parking was actually easier than I expected, which is saying something for Munich. The whole area gets pretty quiet at night, so if you’re someone who needs city energy right outside your door, this might feel a bit sleepy. But honestly? After dealing with Messe crowds all day, that quiet was exactly what I needed. It’s the kind of place I’d book again if I was back for business – not because it blew me away, but because I knew exactly what I was getting, and sometimes that reliability is worth more than fancy amenities you’ll never use anyway.
Munich’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with Alpine charm, perfect for families wanting to experience daily life in this traditionally German city.

The apartment was comfortable and easy to reach. We went for one night for an event at the Messe and although it was farther from the Messe than we thought, we just drove part of the way there and walked the rest. I am not quite sure if it is easy to get into Munich. I would probably expect it to be a bit far for touristy stuff. The check in was easy and it was all very self explanatory. The neighbourhood is very quiet and residential. For a short stay, it's fine.
What could be improved: The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but honestly for one night it was fine.Максим from Ukraine – 16 June 2022 (8/10)
Very spacious apartment (half of a house in fact).
Beautiful quiet little garden with a dinner table. There is a place to park your car in the yard. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Huge discount for Ukrainians (special thanks for that. You’re doing the right thing).Sylvie from France – 9 June 2023 (4/10)
the friendliness of the neighbor!
What could be improved: very disapointed!
it is not a real parking space, impossible to park easily.
it is not an apartment on the ground floor but in the basement with grilles on the windows. no kitchen equipment: (pots, bowls, large stove) no microwave and freezer above the fridge.
no international TV, only German channels.
a rotten garden table and benches.
short 168th at night ….Isabella from Austria – 29 September 2024 (7/10)
Unkomplizierter Check in und genügen Platz
What could be improved: Temperatur der Unterkunft – alle Fester wahren geöffnet und Heizungen ausgeschalteten. War am ersten Abend/Morgen ziemlich frisch.Torsten from Germany – 15 April 2025 (8/10)
What could be improved: Ein Duschvorhang in einem sonst modernen Bad.Gabriella from Germany – 26 August 2024 (8/10)

Sehr ruhige Lage.
What could be improved: In der Wohnung gab es keine Waschmaschine. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden !!Marco from Italy – 1 January 2024 (6/10)
Rossana from Italy – 6 May 2024 (9/10)
Pulita
Splendido giardino
Parcheggio all'interno del cortile
What could be improved: Difficoltà a trovare la "key-box", in quanto l'appartamento non si trovava fronte strada, ma dietro alla casa principale.Marion from Germany – 17 February 2024 (4/10)
What could be improved: Sauberkeit des Wohnzimmers und der Küche.
