What could be improved: the property is not looked after and it is not professional managed. Upon arrival, I had to advise the owner that there are cables hanging from the wall at the entrance as well as in the bathroom. Especially in the bathroom, the cables were very badly secured and this could easily lead to an accident. The property did not have enough pillows, the ones available were not pillows, no-one of us could sleep with them. We had towels missing and had to request those to be delivered, at the end, we did not receive what we asked for. In the kitchen, the glasses and plates were not adequate for the number of people, we indicated this. It is not understandable that the owner is counting the number of glasses to the guests to have exact the same number. The property should have enough glasses and plates to accommodate the guests and without anyone asking for this. All windows did not have any mosquito nets, the area of the property is very green ands there were too many mosquitos in the all the apartment. As there is no air conditioning, we had to have the widows open, this of course does not work. The worse part is that the owner did not care to deliver a property in a professional manner. I had the feeling that the owner does not know the business of hospitality, all the problems occurred should have been been there in the first place and the also after advising the owner, were not addressed. The location of the property is nice, the property its self is a disaster and the owner is not professional to run hospitality business.

What could be improved: Volets défectueux dans deux chambres, defaut prises salle de bains, absence de télécommande tv donc pas de tv, code wifi qui ne fonctionne pas, pas d'éponge ni de linge de vaisselle, café et pastille lave vaisselle pour une nuit alors que nous en passions trois . Au final beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la prestation.

My stay at Apartment Montenstraße 9 was truly relaxing. The location is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from local organic grocery stores, making it convenient for all my needs. I loved taking leisurely strolls around the nearby lake, where I enjoyed the peaceful scene of children ice skating—such a charming winter atmosphere.
The apartment itself offered a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind while still being close to the heart of Munich. A perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility!

What could be improved: I believe it would have been beneficial if the owners provided details about how the key box looks, as that could ease the check-in process. Additionally, having extra trash bags in the kitchen would have been helpful.
