You know what caught me off guard about this place? Walking into what I expected to be just another city apartment rental and finding something that actually feels thoughtfully designed. PRIME lives up to its name – this isn’t one of those cookie-cutter Airbnb situations where everything’s beige and boring. The whole space has this clean, contemporary vibe that somehow manages to feel homey rather than sterile.

The apartment genuinely works for six people, which honestly surprised me because so many places that claim to sleep six have you awkwardly sharing couches or squeezing into spaces clearly meant for four. Here, you’ve got proper sleeping arrangements that don’t feel like afterthoughts. The kitchen is actually functional too – I mean, you can cook real meals here, not just heat up leftovers. There’s counter space, decent appliances, and enough dishes that you’re not constantly doing the dishwasher shuffle. The whole place feels fresh and new, like you’re among the first guests to really live in it.

What really sold me on this spot though is how it strikes that perfect balance between being in the city without feeling overwhelmed by it. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but when you close the door at night, it’s actually quiet. No street noise keeping you up, no paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation from next door. The 9.1 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s those little details that add up. Good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, reliable WiFi that doesn’t cut out during video calls. The kind of stuff you don’t think about until it’s missing. I’d honestly recommend this place to friends, which is saying something because I’m pretty picky about where I stay. It’s one of those rare finds where the photos don’t oversell it – if anything, the space feels even better in person than you’d expect from the listing.

Hotel in Munich booking should be done early, especially during Oktoberfest when the city hosts the world’s largest beer festival and cultural celebration.

  We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The place is spacious, beautifully furnished and very clean. Lars is a very attentive host. He asked what we were missing, but we couldn’t think of anything because the apartment had absolutely everything we needed.

  Location and facility is absolutely fantastic. Only 2 metro station to Marienplatz. To the nearest meteo station, you have maybe 150 meters.
  Facility has everything you need for longer stay. We were group of 6 and it was complitely comfortable.
  Keep in mind that every noise you make in the yard or in the apartment with windows opened will be reported by neighbor(s) but not by the Lars apartmant owner. He informed us upfront via message.

  Good location, safe convenient, size of apartment. Tee and coffe is nice detail
  
  What could be improved: – host insisted to keep windows closed all the time even if you want to open them for short time to get fresh air in.
  
  – in front of the building is private parking from the building. On Second night we stoped in front of the building for 10 mins and neighboor started scraming coursing on us and called police. Next morning we find out someone schratched our car
  
  – check out is untill 11h. At 10:55h Cleaning lady entered the place while we were still there and started cleaning.

  Очень чисто. Близкое расположение от метро и магазинов. До вокзала 20 минут ходьбы либо 2 остановки на метро. Очень тихий двор, с утра просыпалась под пенье птиц!

  Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat all unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

  Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Zudem ist die Lage in München perfekt, sodass man keine weiten Fußwege zurück legen muss (um z.B. zur Bahn zu kommen).
  Der Besitzer der Unterkunft war zu dem super hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert.
