I had a problem with the heating one evening (this was in October, so it wasn’t exactly critical), and someone came up within twenty minutes to fix it. The parking situation is decent if you’re driving, though I’d recommend checking when you book since it’s not automatic. Overall, it’s one of those places that works well if you want to experience Munich without paying tourist-district prices or dealing with tourist-district chaos – just don’t expect room service or a concierge who knows where to get opera tickets.
