Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Numa Munich Munico,” I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name’s a bit quirky, right? But honestly, this 4-star spot really surprised me in the best way possible. Walking into the lobby, there’s this fresh, modern vibe that immediately tells you they’ve put real thought into the design. It’s not trying too hard to be fancy, but it’s definitely not your average chain hotel either.

What actually got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between tech-forward and genuinely welcoming. I mean, the whole check-in process is streamlined in a way that doesn’t feel cold or impersonal – you know how some places make you feel like you’re dealing with a robot? Not here. The rooms have this clean, minimalist thing going on, but with enough personality that you don’t feel like you’re sleeping in an IKEA showroom. The beds are honestly fantastic – I’m pretty picky about mattresses, and I slept better than I have in months. Small thing, but the lighting actually works for reading, which… you’d be amazed how many hotels mess that up.

Munich can be tricky to navigate if you’re not familiar with it, but the staff here genuinely knows their stuff about the city. Not just the obvious tourist spots either – they pointed me toward this little café that I never would’ve found otherwise, and gave me the real scoop on which U-Bahn lines to avoid during rush hour. The 8.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not perfect – the shower pressure could be stronger, and if you’re on a lower floor, you might catch some street noise in the mornings – but these are honestly minor gripes. The whole experience just feels… well, it feels like someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just checking boxes. Whether you’re here for business or just exploring Bavaria, it’s the kind of place where you can actually relax without feeling like you’re missing out on the “real” Munich experience. Plus, and this might sound silly, but they’ve got this coffee setup that’s way better than it needs to be for a hotel.

  Excellent place. Very neat and clean. Self check in. No personal interaction with anyone only through WhatsApp.

  Apartment was big enough for three people. Very clean and neat. Quiet area, close to public transport and shops. There are no staff on site, but they are very quick to respond to any questions.
  
  What could be improved: Some more utensils in the kitchen would have been useful. For example there was no rack for drying dishes. There are washing machines and dryers in the building, but they don’t give change so you need exact money.

  Nice apartment with one open space with a kitchen and big bathroom. The apartment and building is very modern in a good position, not very close to the city center, but if you arrive with the car, the position is perfect as you don't enter the "umweltzone" and the parking is free on the main street just in front of the building. Also, the metro station is just 12 minutes away. The apartment is confortable and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need for your stay.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn't set the temperature of the apartment and the comunication with them is quite difficult as for everything you ask them on whatsapp, there are standard automated answers.
  The price was quite high, but this was because there was an exhibition at the Messe and I think the prices were higher than usual everywhere in Munich.

  Great value hotel in Munich. The city is reachable by underground (approx 20 mins) or by bus which is just outside the hotel. Very easy check-in, everything is done by text, we were allowed to check in early. Rooms are very nice and cosy. Ideal place to stay for a weekend in Munich.

  Clean and stylish rooms in a co-living and working style facility. Great that on the day of checkout you have access until 8pm to the public areas with wifi and luggage storage.
  
  What could be improved: Accessibility with heavy luggage is a bit troublesome, I wonder how someone with limited mobility will manage.

  The property was spacious, clean and well equipped. Check in and out was quick and easy!
  
  What could be improved: The TV had no english channels so when unwinding on a night there isn't much to do/watch.

  Clean and modern facilities that made our stay great. Kitchen nicely equipped, comfortable bed, and nice coffee. Everything was smooth and when we needed help from the staff, we could easily reach out via their online support.
  
  What could be improved: Sadly it was too hot during our stay, and while Ventilators helped was not the same as AC. Not crazily well located, but still good location for the price.
