Overview
Look, I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Munich, and Numa Munich Blend honestly surprised me in the best way possible. When I first walked in, I was expecting another cookie-cutter boutique hotel – you know the type – but there’s actually something refreshingly different about this place. The lobby has this sort of industrial-meets-cozy vibe that somehow works, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see me rather than just going through the motions.
What really won me over was how they’ve nailed the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The rooms are smart without being gimmicky – I mean, everything just works the way it should. The bed was properly comfortable (not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete), and honestly, the shower pressure was fantastic, which you can’t always count on in Europe. The soundproofing is solid too, which matters more than you’d think in a city like Munich. I could hear a bit of street activity during the day, but nothing that kept me up at night.
The location is what really makes this place shine, though. You’re close enough to walk to the main action without being stuck in the tourist chaos – actually, I found myself discovering little cafés and shops I probably would’ve missed if I’d stayed right in the Altstadt. There’s a decent bakery literally around the corner that locals hit up for morning coffee, and you can grab groceries easily if you want to save some euros on dining out every meal. Parking can be a bit tricky in the area (it’s Munich, after all), but the hotel staff pointed me to a garage about five minutes away that wasn’t too expensive.
What I really appreciated was that they don’t try too hard to be trendy – it’s just a well-run place that gets the fundamentals right. The common areas are comfortable without feeling like you’re in someone’s Instagram post, and there’s actually decent WiFi throughout the building, which is becoming rarer than it should be. Check-in was smooth, and they gave me practical recommendations when I asked about restaurants – not just the obvious tourist spots, but places where you might actually want to eat twice. The 8.4 rating feels about right to me; it’s not going to blow your mind, but you’ll definitely be glad you stayed here rather than some of the alternatives in this price range.
Early hotels booking in Munich requires advance planning during peak festival seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beer culture and Alpine atmosphere.

Guest Reviews
Clean. Comfortable. Great location.
What could be improved: The location is great. But, the area is not that great.
Spacious clean apartment in walking distance to main attractions.
What could be improved: Location in the day is fine.Night time not so much lots of people hanging around on the street.Noisy outside apartment with shouting and what appeared to be arguments breaking out on the street. This didn’t worry us too much as once in the apartments security was great.
Very nice studio apartment that is close to the main train station.
The area however isn't the nicest. We saw drug deals occurring, a syringe on the floor, huge groups of men hanging around at night, smell of weed, dirty area. Area seems to be a holding place for the homeless, drug addicted and migrants.
Close to main station and has most of the amenities you need. Easy walk into old town within 10 mins
What could be improved: The area felt a bit dodgy at night, I wouldn't stay there on my own.
Great apartment in a perfect location for station
Pleasantly surprised with amenities. Good quality kitchenette with good quality appliances. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I slept amazingly well. Also soundproof windows were appreciated and blinds as my windows were facing the Main Street. Good size and good value for the money. Would definitely stay again!
Comfortable ( pillows very comfy)good proximity to transport and old town . Good food very close .
What could be improved: Unable to get stove top to work , and kitchette very small with very few facilities . Could at least supply a toaster .
Also not good to advertise kitchenette in listing but then have a big sign in the room about setting off the smoke alarm and the consequences .
Near to train station; clean.
Easy to check in n out.
What could be improved: Chromecast didn’t work so we cldnt watch any TV
No breakfast.
What could be improved: One of the apartments - we hired three - was smelling of poo on arrival
Location , room facilities, staff are very good !
Clean and comfortable !
What could be improved: Wifi doesn’t work well. But stuff will try to solve very much .
