The location thing is interesting because while Munich can be pretty pricey for accommodation, this spot gives you that serviced apartment vibe without completely destroying your budget. I mean, you’re not getting marble bathrooms or a concierge who knows your name, but the 7.3 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re paying for. The apartments have this sort of modern-functional aesthetic – clean lines, decent furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel catalog circa 2005. What I really appreciated was the laundry situation (trust me, after a week of travel, this becomes crucial) and the fact that housekeeping doesn’t bang on your door at 8 AM asking if you want service.

You know what struck me most? The little details that show someone was thinking about actual guest experience rather than just checking boxes. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building – I never had those annoying dead zones you get in some places. The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d wrestled with a pretzel all night, and the soundproofing is decent for Munich standards. Sure, it’s a 3-star property, so don’t expect heated bathroom floors or champagne on arrival, but honestly, sometimes you just want a clean, functional space where you can spread out your stuff and not feel cramped. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that overly complicated key card system that requires an engineering degree to figure out. If you’re the type who values having your own space over hotel amenities you’ll never use anyway, this place actually delivers on that promise without the serviced apartment premium you’d pay in other parts of the city.

  It was very nice experience with my room, but I would like to advise them to reconsider about the furniture of the room. They have too minimize the furniture to be fitted to the room hard movement inside the room

  The place is really practical. Don't let the room size trick you, there are everything in the apartment that is required. Plenty of storage spaces help a lot! I also liked the code-entry on the doors, because I always have hard time with keys. The communication with the host is excellent.

  Clean, comfortable bed, enough shower power, fully equipped kitchen. No need check-in and check-out process, and can get prompt answers from the host.
  
  What could be improved: Not well soundproof. My room was near the door to go to another area, and it was noisy everytime when someone opened and closed the door. Also, some people were talking in the corridor and it disturbed my sleep.

  super clean. enough adapters in the room. with kitchen and works supper. opposite to fair ground. very convenient to fair. Metro and supermarket is walking distance within 10 minutes.for one person i feel is wonderful. 2 person is also ok.
  
  What could be improved: there is no kettle. shower with strong water is good but toilet floor is almost full of water then. the glass shower door seems not works well. heater seems not working.
