Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places around Munich, but this penthouse situation is honestly something else entirely. When you first walk in, there’s this moment where you’re not quite sure if you’ve accidentally wandered into someone’s incredibly stylish apartment – and I mean that in the best way possible. The space has this lived-in elegance that most hotels completely miss, you know? It’s not trying too hard to impress you with marble everything and gold fixtures. Instead, you get these massive windows that basically frame the entire city like some sort of postcard you’d never actually believe was real.
The rooftop terrace though – that’s where things get interesting. I mean, you can see clear across to the Alps on a good day, which happens more often than people think. Most tourists get stuck down in Marienplatz taking the same photos everyone else does, but up here you’re getting this whole panoramic view that includes the Frauenkirche spires without having to elbow through crowds of tour groups. The terrace setup is actually pretty clever too – they’ve got these different seating areas that somehow manage to feel private even when other guests are around. I spent way too many evenings out there with a beer from the little fridge inside, watching the light change over those red-tiled roofs that Munich does so well.
What really sold me on this place is all the stuff that’s easy to miss at first glance. The kitchen actually works – I’m talking full-size appliances, decent knives, the works. You can hit up the Viktualienmarkt (which is maybe a fifteen-minute walk if you’re taking your time) and actually cook something instead of eating hotel breakfast for the third day straight. The shower has proper pressure, the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and – this might sound weird – but the beds are positioned so you’re not getting blasted by street noise all night. Trust me, that matters more than you’d think in a city center location. The whole experience feels less like staying in a hotel room and more like borrowing a friend’s amazing apartment, except this friend has incredible taste and probably makes way more money than you do. It’s definitely not the cheapest option in Munich, but honestly? Some places are worth the splurge, and this is one of them.
Many travelers prefer to book apartments in Munich through trusted local agencies that provide insider knowledge about the best neighborhoods for experiencing the city’s rich Bavarian heritage.

Velice prostorný, výborně zařízený byt v nejvyšším patře budovy. Jediný byt na patře. Snadný přístup do bytu. Kousek od zastávek městské dopravy a obchodů. Velice doporučuji.
