Overview
You know what struck me first about Munich Finest Apartments? The name actually delivers – these aren’t your typical cookie-cutter hotel rooms trying to pass themselves off as apartments. I mean, when you walk in, it genuinely feels like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed Munich flat, just minus the personal photos on the nightstand.
The whole setup here is honestly pretty clever. Each unit has this lived-in quality that’s hard to fake – real kitchen setups where you can actually cook (not just those sad mini-fridges with a hot plate), proper living areas where you’d want to hang out after a long day wandering around the Altstadt, and bedrooms that don’t feel like afterthoughts. The decor strikes this nice balance between modern and cozy – think clean lines but with warm wood touches that remind you you’re in Bavaria. What I really appreciated was the attention to practical stuff most places overlook. The WiFi actually works throughout the entire space, there are enough outlets near the bed (thank you!), and the shower pressure doesn’t leave you standing there wondering if the water’s even on.
Location-wise, you’re well-positioned without being right in the tourist chaos. Depending on which building you end up in, you might catch some street noise during the day, but honestly, that’s just Munich being Munich – and it settles down nicely in the evenings. The public transport connections are solid, which matters more in this city than people realize. You can easily hop over to Marienplatz when you want the full tourist experience, but you’re also close enough to some of the neighborhoods where locals actually eat and drink. I stumbled onto this great little bakery just a few blocks away that clearly survives on neighborhood regulars, not hotel guests – always a good sign.
The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward, though I’d recommend confirming the exact address beforehand since GPS sometimes gets a bit confused with the building numbers in this area. Staff seemed genuinely knowledgeable about the city rather than just trained on standard tourist recommendations. When I asked about getting to a specific concert venue, the person at the desk knew exactly which U-Bahn line to take and even mentioned the construction delays that week – those kinds of details you just don’t get from someone reading off a script.
If I’m being completely honest, this place hits that sweet spot for travelers who want hotel-level service but apartment-level space and comfort. The 4-star rating feels right – it’s polished and professional without being stuffy, comfortable without being luxury. At an 8.5 rating from other guests, it seems like most people leave pretty satisfied, and I can see why. It’s especially good if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two, or if you’re traveling with others and actually want space to spread out. Just don’t expect resort-style amenities – this is more about giving you a really solid base for exploring Munich, which honestly is exactly what most people need.
Munich hotels provide guests with luxurious accommodations in Bavaria’s capital, known for its impressive architecture and world-famous beer culture.

Guest Reviews
Very nice stuff
What could be improved: Room very hot at night, have to keep door open
The apartment is clean and comfortable and well furnished. The host was amicable and helpful, allowed us to store our bags well in advance of check in time. Location about a 5-minute walk to the main train station and S-bahn and U-bahn lines.
What could be improved: A couple of people have mentioned this, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy with a strip club up the block. It’s also very loud until the early hours every morning. This wouldn’t be a problem but we had to keep the windows open as there is no ac.
Easy to find;
Close to the station;
Friendly;
Clean

Beautiful, modern apartment with everything you could need fully equipped kitchen, iron, hair dryer, even mood lighting with multiple color and brightness settings. Super clean and comfortable. Just a short 7-minute walk from the main train station and surrounded by great new restaurants. The host was amazing welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
Excellent location close to different forms of transport
What could be improved: The noise from the street. I needed to open the windows because no ac, but then had to put up with every nationality on earth talking outside.
Spacious, clean, warm. Very inviting arriving into room on a cold day. We did not have to prepare meals but the facilities in the kitchen very adequate for meal preparation.
Comfy bed and duvets.
Lift to get bags up to the room was great.
A quick 10-12 minute straightfirward walk using Google maps from central train station and plenty of eating options close by.
A warm welcome from the host who showed us the apartment on arrival.
Apartment was really clean and tidy, bed was comfy, great shower and the balcony was lovely to sit out on with our morning coffee - there is a great coffee place just below called Rasa Kopi. Good facilities, lots of storage space and well functioning kitchen area. Location was excellent, a short walking distance to lots of popular areas and the underground or train stations! Only drawback for me was that the road felt a little uncomfortable at night walking down there. We arrived back around 11.30pm one night and I was glad I was with my partner as there were a few men hanging outside the clubs that made me feel uncomfortable/staring at me. That might not be the case for others though. Additionally, there was a Nespresso machine in the apartment but I couldn't see any coffee pods to go in it. Besides that, everything was great!
Great location. Clean. Kitchen area in this particular apartment is very small, but they have larger rooms as well. We were 6 flights up and didn’t use the somewhat tiny elevator. Good cardio 😉.
Apartment is great for 3 people! Nice clean! The host is really cool. Close to the main station and walkable to the center
What could be improved: Location was messy and not much of options for food so u meed to walk. There was a Cool caffe right below but that is all!
It’s amazing apartment, 2 bedrooms master, in each room has bathroom. Perfect.. very clean, near to all arable halal restaurants, very near to Marinaplaza, near to munich metro station . No mistake at all on this apartment.
What could be improved: Every thing was amazing
