  Pretty clean and nice hotel at a relatively great price. Easily accessible with public transport and dining options nearby.

  The hotel is close to the train station. The staffs were nice and friendly. I arrived early in the morning. They kept my suitcase and offered me free coffee.

  Nice clean, quiet room in a business area of Munich. Bed extremely comfortable. Strange to have a single bed cover on a double bed as only one person per room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: no kettle and a fridge provided in the room as bakeries and small stores not convenient, so would be useful. Even during the day to have a facility for tea or coffee in the room is always good.
  Also, no where to sit downstairs when breakfast was served if you did not need breakfast.
  Although we liked the hotel, would need to reconsider if staying in that area of Munich again.
