One thing that surprised me — it’s actually pretty quiet at night, considering how central you are. I was worried about street noise, but their windows must be decent quality because I slept fine. The 7.6 rating makes sense to me; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises.
