The home cinema setup is honestly pretty impressive – not just some random TV slapped on the wall, but an actual projector system that makes you want to cancel your dinner plans and just order room service instead. The whole apartment feels like someone actually lives there (in the best way possible), with proper kitchen equipment and those little touches that make you think “oh, they actually thought this through.” The shower pressure is fantastic – which I always notice because so many European places just… aren’t. You’re a two-minute walk from Rathaus-Glockenspiel, three minutes to the Viktualienmarkt where you can grab incredible food, and honestly, the location means you can stumble back from the Hofbräuhaus without needing to figure out the U-Bahn late at night.

What really sells this place, though, is how it feels like you’re living in Munich rather than just visiting it. The building has that old-world charm – thick walls, high ceilings, the works – but everything inside is thoroughly modern. The WiFi actually works (crucial if you’re trying to upload all those Neuschwanstein photos), and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. I will say, if you’re planning to visit during Oktoberfest or around Christmas market season, book this place way in advance because everyone figures out pretty quickly that staying right at Marienplatz beats commuting in from some hotel by the airport.   Es war alles perfekt und wir haben es sehr genossen, in dieser wirklich zentralen großen Luxuswohnung mit Charme, wenn auch leider nur für kurze Zeit, gewohnt zu haben.
