You know what? I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place called “Fun & Games” – honestly, it sounded a bit gimmicky at first. But this LTA apartment in München Süd actually delivers on that promise without being cheesy about it. It’s one of those places where someone clearly thought through what travelers actually want, especially if you’re staying more than just a night or two.

The apartment setup is genuinely clever – they’ve managed to pack in entertainment options that don’t feel forced or childish. I mean, there’s a proper gaming setup that adults can appreciate, and the whole space has this relaxed vibe where you could easily spend a rainy afternoon without feeling cooped up. The kitchen is actually functional too, not just for show like in some serviced apartments. You can tell they’ve had feedback from real guests because there are little touches everywhere – good wifi throughout (not just “technically available”), proper lighting for working or reading, that sort of thing.

What struck me most was how quiet it stays despite being in a pretty active part of south Munich. The building itself seems solid – you’re not hearing every footstep from upstairs or car door slamming outside. And speaking of location, being in München Süd puts you in this sweet spot where you’re connected to the city center but not dealing with all the tourist chaos. The U-Bahn connections are straightforward, and there’s actually decent parking if you’re driving – something that’s genuinely rare around Munich. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals go about their business, plenty of bakeries and smaller shops within walking distance.

I have to say, that 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be fancy or boutique-y, but everything just works the way it should. Check-in was smooth, the space was spotless, and you get the sense that if something did go wrong, they’d sort it out quickly. The “games” aspect isn’t just a marketing gimmick either – it’s more like they’ve created a space where you can actually unwind and enjoy your downtime, whether you’re traveling for work or pleasure. Perfect for longer stays when you need a proper base, but honestly just as good for a weekend when you want somewhere comfortable that feels more like staying at a well-organized friend’s place than a sterile hotel room.

  Its an amazing space, very well priced, neatly maintained, with all facilities necessary while traveling as a group. Very lucky to find this available. I and my family really enjoyed our stay here.
