You know what caught me off guard about KOOS Hotel&Apartments? It’s one of those places that actually delivers on being a proper aparthotel – and I mean that in the best way possible. When you’re tired of cramped hotel rooms where you can’t even make a decent cup of coffee, this place feels like a breath of fresh air. The apartment-style setup means you get real space to spread out, plus kitchenettes that are actually functional (not just a sad mini-fridge and a broken microwave).

The 4-star rating fits perfectly – it’s polished without being stuffy, and honestly, that 8.4 guest rating makes total sense once you settle in. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to keep that boutique hotel vibe while giving you the independence of having your own place. The rooms have this clean, modern aesthetic that doesn’t feel cold or corporate. Good lighting too, which sounds silly but you notice when you’re trying to read or work on your laptop in the evening. The beds are solid – firm but not like sleeping on a board – and the linens actually feel quality, not that scratchy hotel standard stuff.

Check-in was refreshingly smooth, no hovering or pushy upselling, just straightforward and friendly. The staff seems to get that most people choosing aparthotels want a bit more autonomy, so they’re helpful when you need them but not constantly in your face. Parking situation is decent if you’re driving, though like most city spots, I’d recommend checking availability ahead of time during busy periods. The neighborhood has that lived-in city feel – not touristy central, but not dead either. You’ll find proper grocery stores within walking distance (crucial when you have cooking facilities), plus enough cafes and restaurants that you’re not stuck eating every meal in your room. Noise levels are pretty reasonable considering it’s a city location – street-facing rooms get some traffic sounds during the day, but nothing that kept me awake at night. Overall, it’s the kind of place that works whether you’re staying three days or three weeks, and honestly, that’s harder to pull off than most hotels realize.

Early hotels booking in Munich requires advance planning during peak festival seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beer culture and Alpine atmosphere.

  Very clean. Great location for walking to old town Munich. The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing.
  
  What could be improved: Entrances and bathrooms to apartment were through each bedroom. There were 3 couples using the apartment and the couple using the couch didn’t have a way out or a bathroom.

  We really enjoyed the apartment. Everything was as expected other than not having access to a clothes drying rack. The location is excellent when using the train. The staff were friendly, breakfast was awesome, and the apartment itself was perfect. There were two washing machines, one in each bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: Only one washing machine but with dryer would be better than two washing machines, or having access to a clothes drying rack.

  Was very pleased with this hotel. It’s in a great location easy few minutes walk to Marienplatz and train station and other tourist sites…we walked everywhere! Despite central location rooms were very quiet. Rooms/bathrooms were modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, spacious, all linens and toiletries felt luxurious. Lovely lobby area, check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Appreciate being able to leave our bags after checkout. Perfect and comfortable stay for our family of five. Highly recommend this hotel!

  I had a wonderful stay at KOOS Hotel & Apartments – City Aparthotel. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice variety to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

  Our room is quiet considering the locarion of the hotel. Convenient to go around. Near the S; U -Bahn, Tram station. A lot of restaurants around. We did not see other rooms but we like our room much.
