kalm stay – a design Aparthotel

The apartment was cozy, modern, and very practical. Bathroom was spacious and and clean. The high ceilings and big windows gave the place a lot of character!

What could be improved: Nothing

Very clean and modern, easy to access and their response was quite fast.

Location was perfect, beautiful view, modern apartment, it was quiet and not alot of traffic (perfect for us). Bus stop was across the road and supermarket was a few stops away. Munich wasn't too far by bus, we did it everyday.

What could be improved: Was suppose to have a washing machine, but instead had washing facilities (this was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment). If catching the train, my suggestion is to catch a bus when you get off as we had luggage and it took well over half an hour lugging out suitcases over an uneven rocky pathway/sidewalk (without suitcases it would have been ok).

Communication with the management was quick and easy. Questions were answered very quickly. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. What really impressed us was that the heating and TV were turned on for us before arrival, and bowls were put out for our dog. The apartment is in a nice, quiet location with a restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately, because we had a roof rack on the car we could not use the underground parking, but this was solved very quickly when the management kindly contacted the restaurant owner for us, who allowed us to park in the courtyard behind the restaurant.

What could be improved: Maybe just highlight that parking is underground and not all cars will fit. It's also paid parking, although not expensive. €10 for the night.

Modern design, spacious rooms and bathroom, very good beds. Equipped with all you need to make your own breakfast or a simple meal. Excellent Location nearby some restaurants and shops.
We stayed here with our three teenagers and dog in two appartments; we loved it! The area is quiet like a little village, with good Local transport options to central Munich ( train from Perlach or a bus / u-bahn combi). And green nature areas nearby to walk the dog.

What could be improved: A cupboard for clothing would be convenient; but this is not a big issue.
