  Location, great room, even on ground floor, very quiet, staff were more than helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgable.

  There was a very nice aroma every time we get into the room.
  Bathroom and room was just enough for 2 day stay and skiing night place to sleep near station.

  The staff are amazing at this property- they go out of their way to help you and were so lovely to our children at all times .

  Clean, very tidy, quiet place, big room.
  Check-in was easy, I had luck that the room was already empty and ready at 10.30.
  Very good, firm bed, warm inside the room.
  Good to have a minibar.
  Center is about 15-20 minutes by walking.
  Quality products at breakfast. The Jura coffee-machine is also great.
  
  What could be improved: At breakfast I missed some warm food.
  The maintanance lady was quite angry at some machine (maybe the fridge?) and she spoke to herself some really ugly words in Romanian, and she was not even bothered by my presence in the breakfast room.
  The boy at the welcome desk was friendly and helpful.

  Breakfast was nice, good variety of food choices! Semi-central location only a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof with tram link at the end of the road
