Hotel Description

Look, I’ll be straight with you about Hotel Hahn – it’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, and honestly? That’s refreshing. When I first walked into the lobby, my expectations were pretty measured for a 3-star spot, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about the whole setup. The staff actually remembers your name after day two (which, let’s face it, doesn’t happen everywhere), and they’ve got this laid-back professionalism that makes check-in feel more like catching up with someone who knows the neighborhood inside out.

The rooms are what I’d call “thoughtfully simple” – clean lines, decent beds that don’t leave you waking up feeling like you wrestled a mattress all night, and they’ve clearly put money into the right places. The bathrooms are surprisingly well-appointed for this price point, with water pressure that actually works and those little details like proper lighting around the mirror that make you think someone here has actually stayed in hotels before. You know what really got me though? The windows. Most places this size cheap out on soundproofing, but I was genuinely surprised how quiet it stayed even when things picked up outside. The WiFi actually works too – I mean really works, not that “technically connected but good luck streaming anything” situation you get at a lot of places.

What makes Hotel Hahn special isn’t any single wow factor, it’s more like they’ve figured out all the little things that make a stay actually comfortable rather than just tolerable. The morning coffee doesn’t taste like it was made yesterday (small miracle), and there’s this relaxed energy in the common areas that makes you want to linger rather than rush out. I noticed they attract a mix of business travelers and people exploring the area, which usually means a place has found that sweet spot between professional and personal. The 7.9 rating makes perfect sense to me – it’s not trying to be luxury, but it delivers consistently on what it promises. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a well-run local favorite than a corporate hotel experience, this is exactly that kind of spot.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Good location with all options of public transport available. Good value for money.

  • Kimberly from United States – 17 May 2025 (9/10)

Hotel Hahn is perfectly situated for travelers of all kinds. The nearest train station was just a 6 to 10-minute walk away, and the tram stop was even closer—about three minutes on foot. There’s a pharmacy right next door and a grocery store conveniently located at the corner of the street.

The staff at Hotel Hahn were truly exceptional. They welcomed me as if I were a guest in their own home, answering all of my questions with care and going out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful stay.

My room was spotless and very comfortable. It faced the street, but once the windows were closed, it was incredibly quiet.

I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Hotel Hahn again—highly recommended!
