Real local bread (not that generic hotel stuff), proper German cold cuts, and they actually ask if you want your eggs a certain way instead of just pointing you toward a sad buffet warmer. The dining room gets morning light that makes everything feel optimistic, if that makes sense. Parking was easy – there’s a small lot behind the building that most guests don’t seem to know about, so you can usually find a spot even when the street parking fills up. Check-in was smooth, no drama, though I did notice they seem to get busier on Sunday evenings when business travelers start filtering in for the week. If you’re the type who needs absolute silence, maybe pack earplugs – you can hear a bit of street noise, but it’s not terrible and it dies down after 10 PM or so.
