The name actually undersells it – this isn’t some cramped afterthought space, but a genuinely thoughtful studio that feels like someone who travels a lot designed it for people who travel a lot. The self-check-in thing initially made me skeptical (I mean, what if something goes wrong?), but honestly, it’s so smooth you’ll wonder why more places don’t do it this way. No awkward lobby small talk at 11 PM, no waiting around – just grab your key info, walk in, and you’re home.

The “stylish” part isn’t marketing fluff either. Someone clearly spent time thinking about how people actually use hotel rooms – there’s proper lighting for working on your laptop, enough surface space to actually unpack without playing Tetris with your stuff, and the kind of kitchen setup that lets you make real coffee without hunting for tiny packets. I loved that the bathroom had decent water pressure and, well, this might sound weird, but towels that actually dry you off instead of just moving water around. The whole place has this clean, minimalist vibe that feels intentional rather than bare-bones, if that makes sense.

Location-wise, you’re in Munich proper without the tourist trap pricing and chaos. It’s one of those neighborhoods where you’ll see more locals grabbing groceries than people posing for Instagram shots, which honestly makes everything feel more authentic. The public transport connections are solid – you can get to the main sights easily enough, but you’re also positioned to explore some of the quieter corners of the city that most visitors miss. I found myself walking to this great little bakery a few blocks over most mornings, and there’s a proper grocery store nearby that stays open later than you’d expect. The area gets refreshingly quiet after dark too, so if you’re someone who needs actual sleep (revolutionary concept, I know), you’ll appreciate not having party crowds stumbling past your window at 2 AM. That 9.2 rating isn’t an accident – places like this succeed because they nail the basics while adding just enough personality to feel special. It’s the kind of spot that makes you think “I could actually live here for a while” instead of just counting down checkout time.

  Great apartment in a quiet location in Munich, 2 minute walk to the Metro, 10 minute metro journey into the heart of the city. The apartment, was very clean, easy to access,. A local shop is just around the corner to get some breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and will certainly be recommending it to friends who wish to visit Munich in the future.
  
  What could be improved: Only issue, (its a British thing, sorry) the pillows were not very comfortable, more cushion than pillow. But no major issue for us. We'll bring pillow cases with us next time to squeeze them in😊

  The location is great, and the apartment itself is wonderful. Very comfortable bed and sofa, clean bathroom with quality shampoos, and a coffee machine with a nice selection of coffee pods.

  Location was terrific…..close to my relatives who live in Munich and to Octoberfest. We were able to walk to most places. Very quiet at night. Subway stop was very close. Great water pressure in shower.

  It’s really nice kind of apartment hotel. Everything is well organized and introduction is clearly for check in and out. Especially, we like the capsule coffee most!! Host gave us enough capsules for the staying days. And it’s close to the city center, it’s easy to finde parking place outside of the street. Maximum 11Euro/day during working day. Just used the app for parking charge.

  Would consider Nicole a super host. She was very responsive and easy to communicate. Would also check in with us via message during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. She also surprised us with a little gift for our honeymoon which was not expected at all!
  Room was very spacious with lots of big windows and lighting. Decor was very nice including the feature wall. Mini fridge and kettle was also very convenient too during our stay.
  Bed was very comfortable and can be split into 2. TV also had a chromecast which was a bonus.
  No issues with the bathroom. It was equipped with one of those electric lighting mirrors which was cool.
  Only 4min walk away from the train station and some top restaurants nearby: La Trattoria for pizza and Restaurant Myra was top notch.

  Great location in central Munich, 3 mins walk to U Bahn, 10 mins to Marienplatz, also very close to Ocktoberfest 10-15 min walk.
