There’s also a restaurant on-site, which came in handy when I was too tired to venture out after a long day walking around Munich’s beer gardens and museums.

  Great location, two Tram lines (18, 19) stop right outside. S-Bahn stop is 3 minutes away. Room was modern and comfortable, a little tight, but fine. Breakfast is great, large variety of food (incl. eggs, bacon, sausage, german breads etc.). Staff is helpful and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: Shower temperature control is bad. It's one where you set the temperature and it's supposed to regulate it. But it goes between hot and lukewarm constantly. We stayed in two different rooms and both had this issue.
