You know what struck me first about this place? The light – and I mean serious, floor-to-ceiling windows kind of light that makes you actually want to get out of bed in the morning. This top-floor apartment sits tucked away from the street noise (thank god, because European city streets can get pretty intense), but somehow you still feel connected to everything happening below.

The space itself is honestly bigger than you’d expect from most European rentals. I mean, you’re not getting a massive American-style living room or anything, but there’s actual room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase. The slanted ceilings give it this cozy attic vibe – though fair warning, if you’re really tall, you might find yourself ducking in a few spots. The hosts clearly put thought into the details too; there’s decent Wi-Fi (tested it for work calls), a kitchen that’s actually functional for more than just heating up leftovers, and – this might sound small but it matters – good water pressure in the shower.

What really sells this place though is how quiet it gets at night. During the day you’ll hear the usual city sounds drifting up, but once evening hits, it’s surprisingly peaceful up there. I actually slept better than I do at home, which rarely happens when I’m traveling. The location works well too – you’re not right in the tourist chaos, but you can still walk to the main areas without needing to figure out public transport every time you want to grab dinner. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving (isn’t it always in Europe?), but the hosts were helpful about pointing out where to look. With a 9.3 rating, you can tell other people have figured out what makes this spot special. It’s one of those places where you can actually picture yourself staying for more than just a quick weekend – like, you could settle in for a week and feel like a temporary local instead of just another tourist passing through.

  The house was clean, cozy, and conveniently located—just a short bus or subway ride away from the city centre, with plenty of free parking available nearby. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Perfect accommodation for a group of four. Highly recommended!

  We enjoyed the quiet village-feel of the street, and the apartment, itself, was designed openly and beautifully decorated.

  The apartment is located in the upper floor or the house, and it’s newly renovated and perfect for someone who is travelling in a group. It has everything you need inside, cooking material (it fitted us perfectly as we always need to cook out food), towels, bed sheets…
  It’s also located very near a metro station that takes you to the city center in 20 minutes, so the location is super nice if you don’t want to spend a lot of money staying in an expensive hotel in the center.
  
  What could be improved: The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the staircase is big enough to not give any problems carrying the luggage upstairs.

  Spacious apartment at the attic of a house in a very nice residential and quiet area. Free parking spaces outside the house. Good connection via metro to the city centre(around 15min min walk from the station).

  The house is in amazing quite area with a lot of greens and park close to it. The Michelibad metro station is in a walking distance. There is a supermarket closeby and hosts do their best to make sure you have all you need.
