Helle 3 Zimmer Souterrainwohnung in einem Neubau-Villa

The host Ali and his wife are the nicest people you can imagine! Sooo kind, they made us feel totally home! The keys are in a safe at the door so the check in was easy and fast. Super quiet area, spotless refurbished apartment, zero noise to sleep, very comfortable beds. 10 minutes walk to U station, direct line to the city center, very easy to move around Munich from here. It is a basement indeed, but we did not care at all since it has plenty of light and it was only for shower and sleep, all day out and about anyway! And the silence to sleep like a baby makes it worth it!! 100% recommended.

What could be improved: Towels and napkins need attention

What could be improved: Es lejos del centro, al rededor de media hora en una combinación de tramp y bus que no resulta difícil pero si es tarde en la noche no llega el bus.
Las almohadas muy malas

The host was responsive and the place easy to find. A very nice quarter with free parking in front of the house. A very clean apartment with good furniture, fast Internet, and all equipment needed for a quiet stay.

Would absolutely recommwnd this place to anyone.

Ali is a great host. He absolutely saved our lives by bringing us a beautiful bowl with fresh fruit, as our flight was delayed and we arrived later than planned, tired, hungry and sweating. All communication with Ali was really good and he is kind and caring.
We were also allowed to check out a bit later, which was really good 😊 The apartment is new and very nice in a quiet neighborhood and a beautiful house, even had a elevator., and so easy to get to and from with public transport.

What could be improved: I couldn't see that it was a basement apartment when booking it, so no view to outside, only to walls.The "balcony" is inside So a bit strange for us and not good if you're claustrophobic 😅. The beds were nice enough, but for to adults to sleep on 140 cm and 160 cm was a bit tight. With one pregnant woman and XL size women 🫣😂 The bed sheets and linen were mostly acrylic and itchy and maybe a bit to cheap for such a new and pretty apartment. Just a little hint to Ali 😉 So a basement apartment , which was a surprise, itchy bed linen gives a bad night sleep and size of beds , one of us ended up sleeping on the leather couch in the living room, therefore we give it a plus 8 😊

Location was lovely, nice quiet area not far from the city. Public transport very close to the apartment. The apartment was so comfy with great facilities as well.

What could be improved: The key was right beside the front door, I was a minute or so looking for it! But that was not too bad and I can't really fault the place otherwise.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was perfect and fully equiped. Our host, Ali, was very helpfull and available to us anytime. For sure I will stay here again.
