The beds are comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d been wrestling with the mattress all night, and the bathrooms – well, they’re small but functional, with decent water pressure. You’re not getting marble countertops or fancy toiletries, but everything works, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve paid twice as much for.

  Very comfortable, clean, close to the city center by public transport.
  The downside is that it is has very poor insulation, we heard neighbors snoring and speaking.

  Room was nice, like new, comfortable and very clean. Despite being directly next to the busy traffic street, there was not much noise from the street, due to the excellent, new, triple pane windows.
  
  What could be improved: What I did not like at all, was the distance from the check-in location to the house of my stay. Why is there no check-in at a more central location of the properties?? It was a very long walk from the Verdi Strasse 21 to my location at the Verdi Strasse 131!! Plus I had picked this Overnight Stay, due to the proximity to the Obermenzing S-Bahn station, which was also a much longer walk than anticipated. You should inform your guests IN ADVANCE, directly at booking, where the actual location of the overnight stay will be!

  The location was great, less than 20 minutes to the city centre by car, parking was available right in front of the building, there were grocery stores walking distance from the accomodation, the room was very spacious, the location was quiet and the staff very accommodating.
  
  What could be improved: Not having a kettle or any cuttlery in the room was inconvenient. Also, the spiralling staircase leading up onto the 2nd floor was really impractical when carrying our luggage.

  The room was very spacious. It had a massive second story loft with a lounge which was great for eating meals. The beds were comfortable and it was really close to a train station into the city
