Grand Apartment close to the Isar and Citycenter

Everything was good except for the cleaning, it should have been better

The location was excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Appreciate the coffee.

What could be improved: Check-in instructions were sent for the wrong apartment. This was remedied with a phone call. Instructions to enter the apartment were outdated. They said there was a code for the building door and apartment door, nope-you use keys from the lockbox, code is for the lockbox only. There were multiple apartments on the same floor as the rental and we were unsure which door to try the key on-a label or apartment number would be helpful. Ended up buying more toilet paper as 2 rolls for 9 people for 3 days wasn't enough.

That location was perfect. You could walk anywhere. The number of rooms and sleeping places. The mattress quality was not bad. Coffee machine with delicious coffee. Communication was good as well. You can reach them anytime.

What could be improved: There was only one bathroom with a loud ventilator. No washing machine, and even though there was a dishwasher we did not find any tablets. The most annoying was the message they sent every night to ask to lower the noise. We were a group of moms and kids so there was no loud music or partying. Just normal peoples noise. And then they send a message that they would fine us €350 and call their security. Which is outrageous.

Location was good with dinner options nearby. Loved the abundance of space for 4 adults and appreciated the living area as a nice space to hang out.

What could be improved: No washing machine was a bit disappointing - should be standard for an apartment. No dishwasher either but strangely a disconnected one sat in one of the bedroom corners. Beds were hard and not terribly comfortable. And the bathroom had a really loud exhaust fan that sounded like a plane landing and ran for a good 15 minutes after the shower finished- not great with others trying to sleep.

The pictures of the apartment made it look really lovely but are very deceiving.

What could be improved: No dishwasher ( it was dumped in a bedroom) 1 thin tea towel and no hot water in kitchen. Lights not working, floor coming away, dangerous electrics, the loudest extractor fan in a bathroom I have ever heard. No double duvet, Think renovation and you would be correct. Cheap, tatty, dirty, NOT value for money.

Great location in the city.
Living room was nice.

What could be improved: Just 1 key for the whole group.
Balcony door was broken.
Balcony not cleaned, a lot of cigaretts.
Expensive for what you get.
