The name makes it sound corporate, but honestly, these places have way more personality than most Munich hotels I’ve stayed in. I mean, we’re talking proper apartments here – not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re eating takeout on the bed because there’s nowhere else to sit.

The terrace situation is actually legit. I was expecting some tiny balcony overlooking a parking lot, but you get decent outdoor space where you can properly spread out with your morning coffee. The kitchen isn’t just for show either – it’s got everything you need if you want to hit up one of those fantastic Munich markets and actually cook something. Smart move, honestly, because eating out every meal in this city will absolutely destroy your budget. The Smart-TV setup works great too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places mess this up. Being able to log into your Netflix after a long day wandering around the Altstadt? That’s the kind of small comfort that matters.

What really sells this place though is the parking space – and I cannot stress enough how huge this is in München. Anyone who’s driven in this city knows that finding parking is like winning a small lottery, especially anywhere near the center. The fact that it’s included means you’re not circling blocks for twenty minutes or paying ridiculous daily rates at some garage halfway across town. The location works well too, though I wish they were more specific about the exact address – it’s one of those things where you’re sort of guessing until you book. But from what I could tell, you’re well-connected to public transport, which honestly might be easier than driving anyway depending on where you’re headed.

The 8.1 rating feels about right. It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury touches, but everything works the way it should, and there’s something refreshing about having actual space to live in rather than just crash. The design elements are clean and modern without being sterile – you know that Scandinavian-influenced style that’s everywhere now, but done well. I’d definitely stay here again, particularly if I was in town for more than just a quick weekend and wanted to feel a bit more settled.

  All the facilities was clean and new.
  Comfortable bed and furniture.

  Nice and clean . A good view. Comfortable beds , tv in room . Big beds .

  Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann dort ruhig mehrere Tage verbringen. Eigene Terrasse ist auch coole Sache 🙂 .
  
  What could be improved: Tja, ich muss gestehen, ich war sehr überrascht als ich im Bad einen Beiler entdeckt habe. Ist bisschen ungünstig wenn man erst 15 min braucht um zu verstehen wie man die Kiste zum laufen bringt (Sicherung war raus). Aber wenn man das Ding zum laufen gebracht hat, dann läuft es 🙂 Die Nachbarn hört man leider sehr gut. Unter der Wohnung ist ein Fitnessstudio, stört aber nicht so sehr.
