Flatista Homes – Hirschgarten

We hadden 3 balkons. Aparte woonkamer en keuken. 2 badkamers. Echt alles was aanwezig. Zelfs de koffie en de douchefris waren aanwezig. Bedden zijn goed.
De verhuurder reageert snel. Metrostation is om de hoek. Al met al een geweldig verblijf gehad.

What could be improved: Parkeren is moeilijk in de straat maar er is een garage als er niet genoeg plek is.
Kussens zouden iets dikker mogen zijn. Die zijn echt heel dun. Maar dat is net wat je gewend bent. Misschien vindt iemand anders dat juist fijn.

The property was spacious and comfortable.
It was quiet as the bedrooms/lounge faced away from the road

What could be improved: The mattress on one of the single beds needs to be replaced as it has a dip in it
Having said that all other beds were comfortable and had good bed linen

Prima appartement op 5 minuten lopen van de S-bahn dus je bent zo in het centrum. Appartement heeft een keuken met grote tafel waar je met 6 personen goed kunt eten. Ook 2 goede badkamers. Appartement was keurig schoon, eigenaar reageerde snel en goed op vragen.

What could be improved: Het appartement heeft 3 kamers met elk 2 prima bedden. Zoals je op de foto’s kunt zien is 1 van die kamers wel de ‘woonkamer. Die kamer is dus wat klein en je zit op de bank naast je bed.

Apartment is roomy and clean and close to amenities.

What could be improved: Wifi connection did not cover all rooms properly.

Also, I sent email to host on the eve of check out with a different query but never received a reply.

It is closer to the train station and to city center. The dorms are on the oposite side of the main road and railway so during night you don't get noise. The view of the dorms are into an internal garden with a small park for children with trees and squirrels.
The kitchen was fully equiped with what we need.
We had a cofee machine. Internet was available and the router covered the entire house. It has electrical courtains, perfect for those who want to sleep in full darkneses. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a restaurant at 1 minute walk. Our apartment was at first floor and the building had an elevator. We asked for an early check in and the host made all the efforts to accomodate us faster. Each bed has a nighstand lamp with phone wireless charging. Bathrooms had heated floor. The apartment was properly heated. There was a dishwasher in the kitchen. Hairdrier was included. We also got soap and shower gel from "Rituals" not the cheap ones that you find in most of hotels.
We did not have problems with hot water.

What could be improved: The shower cabin does not properly close, after a good shower about a small cup of water leaks on the floor.

Flat is spacious, location is perfect for those who need that region.

What could be improved: Feeling of a dirty place, awfull smells in the kitchen. Overall feel of cheaply made with some broken things around place and chemicals lying all around the flat. Bad sound isolation.

Nice and clean, very convenient with the 3 separate bedrooms and 6 beds. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had and was very reasonable in his accommodations.

What could be improved: The shower situation is less than ideal for the price. One shower leaks water all over the bathroom and one is incredibly small and hard to use since they for some reason blocked off half the tub as the shower instead of putting a curtain around the whole thing.
