Okay, so Flatista Homes near Central Station isn’t going to blow your mind, but honestly? It does exactly what it says on the tin, and sometimes that’s all you need. I mean, you’ve got three proper bedrooms in what’s basically a residential setup – which is actually pretty rare to find this close to a major train hub without paying through the nose for it.

The location is the real winner here. I know “near the station” usually means you’re dealing with constant noise and sketchy surroundings, but this spot sits just far enough back that you’re not hearing every announcement echoing through at 6 AM. You can literally roll out of bed and catch an early train without that frantic sprint through the city – trust me, I’ve done that sprint way too many times. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where actual people go about their business, not just tourists dragging suitcases around. There’s a decent little café about two blocks over that locals actually use (you know, the kind where they remember your order), and honestly, finding those gems near transit areas is like striking gold.

Now, it’s a solid 3-star place, so don’t expect marble countertops or fancy toiletries. The 7.5 rating makes sense – it’s clean, functional, and the beds are actually comfortable, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed. The kitchen setup is pretty complete if you’re planning to cook rather than eat out every meal, and with three bedrooms, you’re not all cramped together if you’re traveling with family or friends who need their space. The wifi works fine, the shower has decent pressure, and the heating doesn’t make weird clunking noises all night. Sometimes these practical details matter more than all the fancy touches in the world, you know? Plus, having that extra space means you can actually unpack and settle in rather than living out of a suitcase for your entire stay – which, let’s be honest, makes any trip feel more civilized.

  The bedrooms were comfortable however the wall lights in one room were broken. The kitchen was okay but some pots don’t work on the induction stove top.
  
  What could be improved: The area where the apartment is located is a bit sketchy but we felt safe in the property. There is no lounge area for comfortable group sitting.

  The rain shower head was amazing. the rooms were a decent size. there were sufficient bathrooms for 6 people. We had been given directions to the wrong property but the host was awesome and responded promptly. There was a working washing machine and dishwasher.
  
  What could be improved: This was near the red light district but was ok in the daytime with children. There were barking dogs overnight from the nearby shop. Not all the saucepans provided were suitable for the induction hob. It is only possible to plug in either the hob or the hot water but not both together.

  Location was good, close to the main train station and underground. short walk to Marienplaz the main part of town. washing machine but no dryer. suitable for 6 people max, small kitchen and dining area.
  
  What could be improved: some shady characters around, not suitable for young children, no dryer but close racks provided. temperamental stove – all or nothing. can't open windows. foyer and access not super clean.

  車站東南方出口（10號月台方向）出站後步行約5-7分，到電梯前有5-10層的階梯，週邊餐廳、超市很多，房內設備完善、空間佈置舒適溫馨，三間雙人房皆有對外窗與室內衣架、兩間淋浴、兩間獨立廁所，有洗衣機但無法烘乾衣服，隔音好，美中不足是排油煙機排風弱。
