  Wir haben unseren 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen! Die Lage ist einfach top – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig und gepflegt. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und antwortete immer schnell. Besonders gefallen haben uns ihre Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in München. In der Nähe gibt es ein bezauberndes französisches Café sowie das bekannte Restaurant Käfer – absolute Highlights! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

  What could be improved: Begriff “Luxusapartment” und Preis-/Leistung passten für uns leider nicht.
  
  Der Aufenthalt begann leider mit einem unangenehm riechenden Kühlschrank gefüllt mit Lebensmittelresten der Vorgänger. Dies wurde durch die Gastgeberin reguliert, und man dachte, dass nun ein schöner Aufenthalt folgen könnte.
  
  Leider kam Weiteres hinzu:
  -keine Vorhänge, nur AußenJalousien für beide Zimmer zur Straße, wovon die im Wohnzimmer/2. Schlafraum nicht funktionsfähig war, was abends ungemütlich ist und bei beleuchteter Straße keinen guten Schlaf bringt (insbesondere wenn man mit 2 Kindern reist)
  -obere Fenster trüb/schmutzig in beiden Zimmern
  -fehlende Küchenutensilien (zB kein Wasserkocher und Toaster, keine Teekanne o.ä.)
  -keine kleine Erstausstattung (wie Salz/Pfeffer, Kaffee/Tee)
  -für warmes DuschWasser sollte man einen Boiler aktivieren, leider war nach 15min das Wasser immer noch lauwarm
  -im Schlafzimmer keine Nachttischlampen/ kleinen Lichtquellen, nur ein großes Deckenlicht
  -keine Privatsphäre in Bad/Toilette (insbes bei 4 Personen) da die Wände des Bads, das direkt an das Schlafzimmer angrenzt, oben ein großes Stück offen sind

  Very modern and well designed apartment, Great for 2-4 people. The Area was beautiful, and the service and hospitality from the host was superb.
  
  What could be improved: Quite far from all of the ubahn lines, and in a very residential area with very little facilities.
  
  Could have provided more amenities, and resources such as coffee pods for the machine, more towels and pillows, a kettle etc…

  The neighborhood is amazing. Very calm and close to the Center of the town either by public transportation or by car. The apartment is very clean. The apartment is more suitable for 2 persons since the sofa bed is in the living room and when the bed is open there is not so much space. The communication with the host was immediate and we had no worries. The instructions we received were more than enough. Very nice place to pass your holidays.
  
  What could be improved: Most of the things that need improvement have been communicated to the host and I believe that they will take care of them. Just to mention in terms of operation
  – The bathroom is ensuite in the bedroom so if you are 4 persons there will be some disturbance. Also the the separation wall between the bathroom and the bedroom doesn't reach the ceiling so there is no sound isolation.
  – Window shutters need repair because they do not work.
  – A glass partition would be nice in the shower so that water doesn't go out during shower.
  – In the kitchen there is no air extraction so do not try to cook because there will smell all around.
