The whole building has that solid, well-built feel you get with newer construction in Germany, so you’re not dealing with creaky floors or neighbors’ conversations bleeding through paper-thin walls. The fact that it’s in a villa setting means you get that residential neighborhood vibe, which I actually prefer to being stuck in some touristy district where every other building is a souvenir shop. You’ll probably hear church bells in the distance, maybe some kids playing in nearby courtyards – real life sounds, not tourist chaos. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re actually there; it’s the kind of place where someone clearly thought through all the little details that make a stay comfortable rather than just Instagram-worthy.   Very nice apartment in an ideal location for us (we travelled for a family event nearby), easy to access and close to a supermarket and public transport if needed. An elevator takes you straight into the apartment and all conveniences were provided. We were really happy with the apartment and would rate it a 9 out of 10.
  
  What could be improved: I traveled with my wife and 13 year old daughter. After we checked out the host sent me a bill/invoice for an additional visitor (a 4th person). There was no additional person. I was informed that another person was seen entering the apartment. This did not happen. My brother, who lives nearby, picked us up and dropped us off at the house. He never even went inside the gate.
  It turns out that the host was "observing" (spying) our comings and goings. Generally that is ok with me – but usually if the host is living in the building, they meet you at the door, or introduce themselves to you or at least tells you that they are there (that is useful if you have any questions).
  All of this resulted in 2 or 3 days of back and forth messages between me and the host. I have booked dozens of apartments, villas and houses over the past 30 years and I have never been accused of being deceptive before (why would I – and where would the 4th person have slept?). It left a sour taste in my mouth and spoiled the good feelings that our trip generated.
  I gave this review a couple of weeks because I really wanted to not be negative. However, despite this being an ideal location for subsequent visits for both my family, my relatives and my sister-in-law's relatives, we won't be staying there.

  Die Besitzer haben sich in jede Sicht sehr bemüht und gekümmert. Das Haus ist neu und sehr Stilvoll eingerichtet und ist zur München Innenstadt gut gelegen.
