You know how some vacation rentals still have the owner’s family photos everywhere and make you feel like you’re staying in someone’s actual bedroom? This isn’t that. The space feels thoughtfully cleared for guests while still having character. The furniture is comfortable in that lived-in way, not showroom perfect but definitely not worn out either. I mean, the couch actually supports your back, which is rarer than it should be in places like this.

The whole setup works well for what it is – you’re getting a proper apartment experience rather than hotel service, so don’t expect daily housekeeping or someone at a front desk 24/7. But honestly, that’s part of the appeal. There’s something nice about having your own little space where you can spread out, maybe cook a simple meal if you want to save some euros or just got tired of restaurant food. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s functional – I managed to make decent coffee and scrambled eggs without hunting around for basic equipment. There are those little touches that show someone cares – decent Wi-Fi that actually works throughout the space, blackout curtains that properly block light, and towels that don’t feel like sandpaper. It’s quiet enough that you’ll sleep well, though you might hear some street noise during busier times if you’re a super light sleeper. Three stars feels about right – this isn’t trying to be fancy, and it doesn’t need to be.
