Okay, so ARABEST Aparthotel caught me a bit off guard – in the best way possible. I mean, when you hear “aparthotel,” you’re sort of expecting something bland and corporate, right? But this place actually has character. The moment you walk in, there’s this relaxed vibe that’s hard to pin down. It’s not trying too hard to be fancy, which honestly makes it feel more genuine than a lot of the supposedly upscale places I’ve stayed at.

What really won me over was how they’ve nailed that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment comfort. Your room – well, it’s more like a proper little apartment – comes with a kitchenette that’s actually usable (I’m talking real counter space, not just a hot plate shoved in a corner). The beds are surprisingly comfortable too, and you know what? The soundproofing is decent. I was worried about street noise, but even with the windows cracked open at night, it stayed pretty quiet. The whole setup just makes sense if you’re planning to stick around for more than a couple nights or if you’re traveling with family. There’s room to spread out without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase.

Here’s the thing though – it’s the little touches that make this place work. The staff genuinely seems to care about helping you figure out the area, and they’re not just rattling off the same tourist traps everyone mentions. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees popping up, and they actually seem to maintain the place properly. I noticed fresh flowers in the lobby most days, which sounds silly but it’s those details that tell you someone’s paying attention. The common areas feel lived-in but clean, kind of like staying at a friend’s place who has their life together. With an 8.7 rating, it’s clearly hitting the mark for most people, and honestly, I get why. It’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any of the usual aparthotel disappointments. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels more like a temporary home than a sterile hotel room, this is your spot.

  Very convenient location near Munich HBF. The room was spacious and clean. They are doing some construction, but did not start too early, and left a nice surprise to apologize for any inconvenience.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was great. It's a slightly colourful neighbour as near the train station, but still felt very safe. The apartment was huge and had everything we needed. Would highly reccomend.

  It was very clean and comfortable for a family of 5. We had enough rooms and beds, they also provided an excellent baby bed. The washing machine was very practical for us too.

  The member of staff who greeted us was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Every detail had been thought through.
  The position is great for the station and walking around Munich. There are loads of shops and cafes nearby but at night the area was very quiet. We will definitely come back again.

  Very large apartment with sitting room with little balcony for a family of 3, master facing street, noise & siren could be heard occasionally, it was the end of our trip it did not affect our sleep at all, we were over the jetlag. Comfortable king bed, working fridge and kitchen, . Spotless clean, clean & change towels once during our 5 day stay. I originally booked another hotel a lot cheaper, but the master has staircase & bathroom downstairs. Not safe to use stairs at night. Hotel in munich is very expensive, book as early as you can to get discount. Walking distance to train station 6 min & flixbus station 20 min, 12 mins to get yourguide day trip bus stop & downtown 12 min. We only bought a group day pass for public transportation on the last day to the palace & munich residence. The location is safe & central for all our day trip from munich. I am very picky about noise, bed quality and location, sofa bed in the sitting room with door, a washing machine & hanging rack in the room with sunny balcony to dry washing if you need them the next day. Flexible check in & out with people at the front all day during business hours.
