During Oktoberfest season (and trust me, book this place months ahead if you’re planning to visit then), you can actually hear the distant sounds of the festival – not loud enough to keep you awake, but just enough to remind you that you’re right in the thick of things. The rest of the year? It’s surprisingly peaceful, which I wasn’t expecting given how central it is.

What I really appreciated was how the space felt lived-in rather than sterile. The kitchen actually has proper equipment – not just those sad hotel coffee makers and a mini-fridge. There’s something satisfying about being able to grab fresh bread from the bakery around the corner and make a real breakfast.   What could be improved: No towels on arrival, had to contact property and wait for delivery. Locked key box was faulty and we were locked outside in the freezing rain for hours trying to get help. Phone support was insulting. Mould is on the walls and the grout in the shower and the whole apartments reeks of cigarette smell you cannot escape.

  What could be improved: Nothing apart from the location is worth mentioning. Not value for money. The dishwasher does not wash but gives stained dishes and kitchenware.
  We were a family of 7 and it should not be enlisted as a place to accommodate 7 people. The pictures are misleading. There are soiled linens, soiled utensils, and a smelly room. The wall at the back of the sofa has formed mold. The apartment has no mirror apart from a small one in the bathroom.

  Posizione ottima, check in online e Key box per ritirare le chiavi, così da poter entrare poi all'orario che uno preferisce. Struttura accogliente, noi ci abbiamo solo dormito una notte, non saprei se lo stesso comfort possa esserci in periodi più lunghi.
