Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Aparthotel Adagio access München City Olympiapark, you immediately notice how it sits perfectly between the bustling city center and the green expanse of Olympiapark. This three-star property doesn’t try to be something it’s not — it’s clean, modern, and refreshingly straightforward. The lobby has that crisp, efficient feel that makes you think “okay, these people know what they’re doing.”
Location That Actually Makes Sense
Here’s what I love about the location — you’re in Milbertshofen-Am Hart, which honestly sounds more intimidating than it is. You’re basically a stone’s throw from Olympiapark (hence the name), and I mean that literally. The U-Bahn connections are solid, so getting into central Munich takes maybe 15 minutes on a good day. What really surprised me was how quiet it feels here, especially considering you’re still very much in the city. Couples seem to get this — the feedback shows they rate it highly for romantic getaways, and I can see why.
The Apartment Setup
The room setup is where this place really shines. You’re getting an actual apartment with a proper kitchenette, which — let’s be honest — is a game-changer when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; it’s got everything you need to make a decent breakfast or heat up leftovers from that amazing schnitzel place down the street. The space feels bigger than typical hotel rooms, and there’s something satisfying about having a separate living area where you can actually spread out.
Practical Perks
The parking situation is refreshingly drama-free, which anyone who’s driven in Munich will appreciate. There’s also a small fitness area that’s nothing fancy but gets the job done if you need to work off all that Bavarian food. The staff strikes that perfect balance of being helpful without hovering — they’ll point you toward the best local spots but won’t overwhelm you with tourist brochures. I actually ended up at a fantastic local restaurant based on their recommendation, the kind of place I never would have found on my own.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back is the combination of space, location, and value that’s hard to find elsewhere in Munich. You’re getting apartment-style living without the hassle of dealing with individual landlords or confusing check-in procedures. The Olympiapark location means you can jog through one of the city’s best green spaces in the morning, then hop on public transport to explore the Marienplatz or beer gardens in the afternoon. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re living in Munich rather than just visiting it — and honestly, that makes all the difference when you’re trying to get a real feel for the city.
To book hotel in Munich during the famous Oktoberfest season, visitors should make reservations well in advance as the city attracts beer enthusiasts and cultural travelers from around the world.

Guest Reviews
An excellent spacious apartment with a cooker sink and microwave included - giving you the option to cook food in the room rather than eating out.
10 mins walk from Oberwiesenfeld U-Bahn with the Olympic Stadium and park a 25 min walk away.
What could be improved: Noisy with people out in the courtyard below with the Ibis hotel nearby - other than that an excellent place to stay just outside of Munich city centre.
A really nice place, I would love to come again. Staff at top notch
Excellent staff, very welcoming and patient to give information. It really seems to be an apartment, as each room has their own kitchen. I found this awesome! The shower is great also. Very close to the subway station, calm location. There is also many facilities as a small gym and laundry room.
What could be improved: Only the electric stove is not good (it took me 45min to boil 400ml of water). Also the trash storage compartment and the bathroom could be cleaner.
The room was very good, recommended.
What could be improved: I didnt like that the page said you have a parking, but in fact they meant there is a parking venue but you have to pay for a parking spot.
Everything was good. A couple if negative points were one, the room was very small and two, the location was such there were no handy shops around like groceries
What could be improved: Breakfast was nothing special. We went at 9.30ish scrambled eggs were almost finished and until 10am they were nor restocked, therefore we thought that €18 for breakfast was super overpriced.
Generally the extras within the hotel like drinks and snacks were way too expensive, bottle of water was €2.50 a bottle of fanta €5.00. Crazy!
Also the pillows were very uncomfortable!
All necessary things in a spacious twin room including a kitchenette and good side bathroom. 25 mins from city center by train but convenient for any event at the Olympia park
The hotel was literally great! Everything was neat, comfortable and beautiful. We and our dogs enjoyed our stay very much!
What could be improved: Hotel is perfect for someone, who travels with a car, as it is beyond the low-emission zone in Munich. Old town - 20 mins by metro. Not much places to eat nearby.
I did like about the location and the fact that we had a choice to prepare our own meals
What could be improved: I did not like the noise from the train. Overall it was excellent
The location and the room quality
What could be improved: The price of the food
