The name sounds incredibly fancy – like something out of a German palace – but when you actually walk up to the place, it’s got this refreshingly unpretentious vibe that immediately put me at ease. I mean, yes, it’s boutique, but in that genuine way where someone clearly cared about the details rather than just slapping trendy furniture everywhere and calling it a day.

The whole “boutique & boarding” concept actually makes perfect sense once you’re there. It’s one of those places that somehow manages to feel both polished and lived-in at the same time, if that makes sense. The common areas have this worn-leather-and-good-coffee atmosphere – honestly reminded me of the kind of place where you’d want to camp out with a book for hours. What really got me was how the staff seemed to know regulars by name, which tells you something about the kind of place this is. They’re not just processing guests; they’re actually paying attention. Check-in was smooth, no weird upselling or corporate script reading, just straightforward and friendly.

The rooms themselves hit that sweet spot between cozy and functional. Nothing groundbreaking, but everything works exactly as it should – good water pressure, outlets where you need them, and honestly, the beds are better than you’d expect for a 3-star place. I slept really well, which isn’t always a given when you’re traveling. The boarding house element means there’s a bit more character than your typical hotel room, though if you’re someone who needs everything to match perfectly, this might feel a bit eclectic for your taste. But that’s kind of the charm – it feels like staying in someone’s well-appointed guest room rather than a sterile hotel box. The whole place runs quieter than I expected too, which was a nice surprise since boarding-style places can sometimes be a bit… lively.

What really sealed the deal for me was the little things that showed someone was thinking about the guest experience. The coffee situation in the morning was legitimately good – not just “hotel coffee is terrible so anything seems decent” good, but actually worth getting up for. There’s this communal breakfast setup that manages to avoid the awkward forced interaction thing while still feeling welcoming. And honestly, for an 8.6 rating, I get it – this isn’t the kind of place that’s trying to blow your mind with over-the-top luxury, but it delivers consistently on the stuff that actually matters when you’re away from home. It’s the kind of spot where you’d be genuinely happy to stay again, and you might even find yourself recommending it to friends without the usual caveats about “well, it’s fine if you don’t mind…” You know what I mean?

  We stayed here for Oktoberfest with friends. Having a garden to yourself and drinking beer with friends there was nice. The hotel was quite (in a nice neighborhood) and room was clean. The staff was very helpful.
  
  I did not have any problem finding a parking space at the hotel. I was lucky, I parked at the last available spot. I counted 7 or 8 parking spaces.

  Loved the room , nice and modern. Nice having little balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great to have laundry facilities and also fitness !!!!!! Breakfast was lovely and even had scrambled egg and bacon 🥓
